You can only pick one, and it must be a game mechanics annoyance rather than a bug etc. Mine is not being able to contract damaged items. x visit my blog for my adventures

Seriously though, aside from the one you mentioned...Getting a mission offer, declining it, getting the same one again, taking a standings hit and declining it AGAIN, and getting offered it AGAIN. Missions need more variety/entertainment. I don't mine but that could use some excitement too while we're at it.

A lot of the time I figure it is my afterburner, as I have it running when I press warp, which always ends in a "You cannot do that while warping". But there are times where I definitely can't figure out what "that" is..

Its always the same, there is always one penultimate agent per region, and one semi-penultimate highsec version, and then again there are entire regions without decent agents. Also i just spent the best part of today probing 0.5 systems trying to find a damn complex or two to kill time with, and not one would let anything bigger than ASSAULT FRIGATES in.
