Will CCP ever make the t2 plates worth fitting?

And any thought to taking a looks at some of the other mods that don't have advantages with their T2 versions over meta 4?

With the fitting requirements of T2 plates, I don't think you'll have that problem. finally someone with a brain with the requirement of T2 plate, many current fits will have problem, nothing will be unbalanced

And while you busy anyway, could you make rsb's high slot modules, increase the base scan res & fitting reqr on eaf's, limit the gallente recon damge output only to the recial ones, nerf the high slots and low slots on the cane, increase the rof of 1400art, remove the scan res penaltie of cloaks on bo's, buff lasors and give legion a neuting range bonus? this would improve eve dramaticly thx
