I actually want to see Incarna be finished so we get bars, player owned shops and mini-games in stations. I don't see any reason that the 'space stuff' can't continue along side it. But CCP said that they're changing their focus to space, away from Incarna. Why? |

I guess they'll be a bit more silent compared to pre-incarna stuff to avoid all the "but you said we'd get..." drama happening once again. They'll show off stuff once it's ready or sure to be in the next deployment.
Space stuff staff is most likely busy with repainting ships (no, not golden paint jobs :P), nebulae and ship rebalancing, while Incarna stuff staff is most likely polishing/finishing the missing CQ designs now. Looking for more thoughts? Read my blog or follow me on Twitter. |

They should really fix all the problems with the game before they add on to it with the station stuff. Adding to a broken game and then spending months fixing the problems that the new stuff adds takes away time from both, FiS and your Space Barbies.

Oh I don't know. Faction Warfare was one of the best trolls in online history.

With incarna, it's the first time I'm glad about that.

I wouldn't pay for half an apple, nor would I pay for half a kiwi and now that's what we're going to get if production isn't pumped up. Incarna is a cool idea, delivered short of being actually fun while FiS has been eaten out with time.
But seriously... really; pretty please, can we just get something new to do??
I think that is the fundamental problem here. |

I guess they are beginning to think that spending allot of time and resources on a game where you do nothing more than watch a computer avatar play mini-games and have a drink, is a bad idea.
I suppose they are thinking its a better idea to spend time and resources on a game where you pilot and blow up spaceships.

Somewhere I read that the other 3 CQs and establishments are very close to being ready for deployment, so it seems like they should push that out.
Next would be more content for them. The entire contraband and players shooting each others ships as a result seems like it would be good to have too. An actual reason for incarna. I do not particularly care for boosters or shooting others, but I have no issue with collecting kickbacks for sales in my establishment. CCP employees should never proclaim a feature to be awesome. Only subscribers should. |

No they gave you an apple and then since you already payed for the apple they gave you half a Kiwi for no extra charge, and now your annoyed that they didnt give you all of it for free?
PS: Vincent Athena i think that was an interview with Soundwave on MMORPG? |

It's more like they promised, and charged for, a steak and then gave us a rotten, wormy apple. After we complained about the worms they also gave us a rotten banana peel and acted all confused when we kept complaining. Now, they are promising us a rotten apple without worms and the option to buy more banana peels. Meanwhile I am still waiting for my steak. Damn, at least give me an actual banana and a fresh apple. |

Actually I'm getting an apple that I have been chewing on for years and I'm still paying for today, and half a kiwi that I'm paying for as well, (unless you think our subscription money doesn't help pay for Incarna... yeah.. right...) and that I never asked for.
I want a new apple and a full kiwi, since it is what I'm told I am paying for!

I'd also kinda like to see space-farmville not be a steaming pile, spacebook not be a data mining scam, the guy who decided what this new forum abortion looks like fired, more easily-blockable portraits back, a return of all the old functionality that was bit by bit taken away from us... in fact reverting to pre-tyranis and maybe even pre-dominion would probably not be a bad thing (except it looks like dominion might finally start to get fixed so rolling back to pre-tyrranis might be as far as it needs to go.) Not to mention all the stuff that was released broken and half-assed before I started playing... I love that bounty hunting is a viable profession (lol). |

I'm really glad this isn't the popular opinion.
Oh, that game you think doesn't exist anymore? Here it is, I found it.

Because the flatlining subscriber numbers really indicate that CCP went the right direction with focusing on sizzle instead of steak. I'd rather have that old version because that's when CCP still cared about the game, and not on selling some crappy vampire thing that nobody but Hilmar's accountant cares about. |

But, you see, a majority of what you just said here is wild speculation and assumption. I don't get why people need to build things in which to drive their paranoia and hatred.
