ZAF have the r64's in PB along with KIA, if anything GS is paying them to hold the space.

Pets are alliances or corporations that do various tasks for a host; can't live where they do by themselves and often pay for their space and are not respected by their host alliances. We like KIA and we like ZAF and so they aren't pets. They are allies. Kengoku and AAA don't respect or care about Skunkworks or Exe or any of the other little turdling alliances they bring along to bolster numbers. They are pets.

A pet is a client alliance that exists in 0.0 only because they have the protection of a more significant alliance, and which in return for protection, acts on orders of the larger alliance.
As such,
Atlas, ROL, and AAA citizens are pets of AAA.
Self supporting entities like Stain Wagon and NC are not pets, because they do not need the support of the rest of ASSCAKES or the Coalition to stay in 0.0, and because they don't follow orders from larger alliances.
EXE and the rest of Barbie were previously pets of Kenny, but as Kenny has retired to empire, EXE and co aren't really pets any more.
Similarly you can't really count Kenny as pets of AAA, as nobody is likely to conquer Jita, and so AAA do not need to protect Kenny's home territory.

Kenzoku by itself is no threat to any major individual member of the coalition by itself. If you think they are, than you yourself are a joke sir.
It's an irrelevant point however, because no entity in eve acts by itself.
This thread is mostly filled with stupid anyways, but I thought I'd add my own brand.
