the reason why Ore Thieves (a "profession") are allowed to ply their trade with NO RISK is beyond my reasoning. Especially since all other professions are pretty balanced for Risk/Time/Effort/Outcome/blah blah...
the Ore Thief Debate is not about theft, or secure containers, or whiney/lazy miners. it is about an action or profession being sanctioned by CCP and also protected by CONCORD, when NO OTHER ACTION THAT DIRECTLY EFFECTS ANOTHER PLAYER (besides cargo/ship scanning) gets this bonus. and, being able to steal with police protection is a bonus...
let's see if we can debate the topic and not the game mechanics this time...
