OP, you are terrible at eve. I feel so sorry for you i'm going to let you in on a little secret that 99% of the eve playerbase already knows: You are invulnerable for 30 seconds after you undock, exactly as long as your session timer lasts.
You can break invulnerability by activating any module, or moving your ship (the dock command tells your ship to approach the station and dock, thus it moves your ship, and breaks invuln)
When you undock, hold down CTRL, and Press space a few times, until you see "ship stopping" message appear. Do not press any other button, do not click anything, do not activate any module. Wait until your session change timer ends (it's in the top left corner, add it in the options screen). Click dock. Congrats, you can never be killed at a station again before you can redock, unless it's a death trap station.

WOW... holy crap!!!
Rajere gave a serious (and completely correct) answer.
Since you obviously only speak in all caps, I'll try to communicate the same way so you understand. YOU ARE NOT ALREADY DEAD BY THEN. IF YOU WANT YOU CAN REMAIN INVULNERABLE ALL THE WAY THROUGH UNTIL YOU CAN DOCK. BEING IN A TANKED SHIP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. YOU'RE ONLY XXXX'ED IF YOU CHOSE TO UNDOCK INTO A BUBBLE ON A DEATHTRAP STATION. (at which point, you're pretty loltastic already)
Likely enough Rajere was right and it's just a troll

STUPID LITTLE BOY
Stupid little girl, you're the one that needs to learn to read. Let me spell it out for you...
Session timer 30s Invulnerable to being locked 30s
So you can't be locked and scrambled by say an Interceptor, nor can you be shot and killed while you wait for the session timer to expire. This is provided you do nothing to end your invulnerability. So as the man above said PRESS CTRL+SPACE AND NOTHING ELSE then dock when your session timer ends.
This is something the rest of us have known for years. You're just ignorant, stupid and unable to read. You'll probably ignore the fact that I've told you how to work with this game mechanic like you have the posts above but hey you'll still suck and I'll still be able to laugh at you.

Trying avoid the drama caps; OP should do well to read and reread Irongut's last post. Especially the part where he states to not touch or do ANYTHING (like, you know, align or something) apart from hitting control+space to stop your ship. |

Maybe if you weren't daft you would just mash the redock button untill it let you in instead of moving
You'd think people would figure this out since the char is from 2006 |

Confirming the OP needs to learn how to read.
When undocking from normal stations nobody can lock you for 30 seconds UNLESS you do something (move, target, activate a module, try to warp. anything EXCEPT stopping your ship with ctrl-space). Therefore no matter how many bubbles are there, just ctrl-space and do nothing else. Do not try to redock before the timer ends. Of course DO redock the very moment it expires.
Only when you undock from a deathtrap station things are not good, if it's camped. But unless you (or all your corp mates) are idiots, you always have someone scouting and or supporting you from outside the station if it's that kind of station. Else you would not have docked there to begin with. |

So Hermosa, what we are telling you is that you can avoid people locking you and killing you. The way to avoid it is to not activate a module or try to move. I didn't know that cutting speed was legal, but apparently it is.
So yes. You can't dock within 30 seconds of you undocking.
But! You are invulnerable in those thirty seconds (as in, you can not be locked and you can not die), unless you activate a module or try to steer your ship in any way other than setting speed to 0m/s using CTRL+SPACE.
Even if you are bubbled, you are safe, normally. Only exception is if you were in one of those stations that kicks you outside of docking range. Then you are in trouble. |

Do that and you die. Trying to redock before the session timer expires makes you targetable (and still fails to redock you). |

It doesn't,as soon as you align/target/turn on a mod you become targetable. You can just spam the dock button and you'll be ok |
