As an example...4 people lost their lives yesterday in Scotland and Northern Ireland because Rangers won the Scottish Premier League...eve fanbois are not at that level...yet. (And yes I know that the Rangers/Celtic football thing is a sectarian war by proxy).

And to the OP: As others have suggested, the way a post is written has a huge influence on the kind of replies it will get. Some griefer with no lif in his fat mothers basement violenced my boat. All my stuff blew up and now I only have an ibis. Unfortunately, when I got to Rancer, a couple of guys in cruisers blew up my badger and I lost all my stuff. What can I do to avoid that happening? The first one will be met with utter contempt. And rightfully so. It shows no attempt to understand the philosophy of the game, and an unhealthy dose of outrage at people using valid game mechanics. The second version, while it will almost certainly still be met with some sarcastic replies, will equally certainly be met with instructions on how to use the map to avoid dangerous systems, setting the autopilot to stay in highsec when possibly, tanking a hauler, not putting all your eggs in one basket, and the golden rule of Eve: Don't fly what you can't afford to lose. Finally, due to the distribution of forum users in comparison to the general game population: Yes, you do get the loudest squeaking wheels here, that goes both for the "change this to suit me" crowd and the "you don't get Eve, go back to warcraft" crowd. The vast, silent majority just don't give a damn about the forums.
