That's stupid on so many levels. If someone act stupid, they behave like an idiot. How is idiot an insult if it describes their actions?
I've called people idiots ingame quite often, most of them alliancemates. People are idiots = they get to be called idiots.
Now, if I'd be using some kind of medical condition to try to describe them, then it might be insulting for those who are really ill. But an idiot is not an insult, it's a simple statement.

EVE is pretty straightforward in the sandbox department. The bully throw sand at you? You're a friend of the bully, and someone beat up your friend?
Corporations and alliances die, or disappear, quite quick in EVE. Players will hold the CEO responsible for his members (and allies) actions. If they fail to show some leadership, they will be under constant attack.
Either you have never experienced this, in which case you're lucky that noone found out how weak you are. Or you're a new player, and don't really get this yet. In both cases, you'll have a rough awakening to look forward to.
