Hi. Please show me where I can buy shares in this Cosmoray (ps, he's my alt). Because surely that's what a blue chip is.

Well.. actually my list is more about corp thieves. But if the person has done an IPO or sold shares and scammed I put them on the list too.
The normal Jita scammers I ignore... they are like a swarm of bees that never go away.

From what I can tell around here, with all the linguistical mangling of actual market terms that goes on, "blue chip investments" means "Old Snarky MD Veterans".
You know, the ones who complain about the "secondary market".

Since it is apparent you need some education I'm going to give a spot class on the difference between "Old Snarky" and "New Snarky". 1 - Snarky is snarky. 2 - Old is generally experienced and better informed. 3 - New is generally passionately clueless in the extreme. Now to my point, not all Blue Chip stocks/projects are run by " Old Snarky MD Veterans" ( Redundant wording alert!!!). Nor are trolls exempt from being in the "snarky" category as you so clearly demonstrate. The biggest difference between yourself ("New passionately clueless snarky person") and person like myself ("Old snarky MD veterans") is: We have everything and do not need you. You have very little and need us. If for nothing more than to reach up and try to pull us down to your minuscule level. After all, if you were worth something you'd expend your energy making something of yourself instead of just making an ass of yourself. But that would require some intellectual honesty on your part and, well, I've not noticed the capacity in you yet.

I think you overestimate how much you matter to me.

Make something of myself? In a videogame?

As far as I'm concerned, one should proceed in this fashion:
Population of Eve - (you and your alts) = list of potential scammers
You may not be so sure of your alts, however, so:
Population of Eve - you = list of potential scammers
It may be easier to eliminate all roaches in the world or legislate some sensible gun control in the USA than to control scamming in Eve. Good luck.

apart from the list you should also go through the posting history of the person you are putting investment to.
see if they have done any investments before and if they were on time and generally try and get the feel for the person your are investing in. if it sounds like he is going to scam you since his offering are awesome amazing then most likly he will scam you.
some people leave them selves to scamming by not being sensible.
my 2 cents not that there worth much
