Both !!they are both exilent in there own ways.
Peronsonaly for fleet i prefer the crow and find it more adaptable then the taranis but the taranis excells in anti frigate simply because of its damage output potential.
So it maybe best to look at what you what your interceptor for?
Try out the incursus for the closest thing to a taranis in standad frig and a rifter/kestrel for the crow.

lol, for me none is the best Bad'boy... it depends on how u use it :)
BUT!:
Crow use missile, and if you don't have a named web, if the guy is going +4000m/s, you're in bad pos... and it don't have enough hit points...

taranis is a really good ceptor, doing really good dmg... unfortunatly I don't have the skill 
price / usuability, I think the tara is the best
(in my heart, the crusader is the best )
Aye had never engaged a crusaor before in a crow so thought WTF :P thank heavens for armor plates and crusador only having one mid slot , was a fun fight though. Taranis does own with fire power but still believe crow is more versitile then the taranis.
