Damn it! I was enjoying quiet life in Ichoriya with my level 3 Kaalakiota agents for nearly a year and I had perhaps 10 neighbours. Then someone put down a navy station there with crappy level IV agent and it had no effect since everyone was in Uuhulanen where there was a better agent.
Now some guy gets relocated and i've been dodging Navy ravens ever since. There goes the neighbourhood.
On the other hand, I assume I dont have to fly to Nonni/Jita anymore to sell my loot anymore once Ichoriya becomes a hub. Naturally I had to rent office on said station, right next to PERVS office.

P.S: Seriously speaking, it is better if the population gets spread around a bit. I'd just rather not have the Motsu agent clone in Ichoriya as I vision lag and slow system
