Main reason for this would allow players who are not overly familiar with what all the various GM's and Dev's do within CCP, know what they do and as such when a question is asked and responded to within the forums, we the players will know which department has responded to it.
Basically its nice to know that your having your kitchen fitted by a kithen fitter and the carpets laid by a carpet fitter. Whereas at the moment, for all we know the Russians are having theirs fitted by a painter and my bathroom has been tiled by a butcher!
Looking forward to some response to this please, and lets for once not troll it to death.

Ash We would probably have to hook the forums up with our internal staff database to display it on the side bar...but we could ask devs who post on the forums to have their title in the signature like I do for example. I think you make a good point and this would help players know what each dev does. p.s. Navigator is Lead now. He shoots up the ranks so fast it's hard to keep track ;)
Another option would be to have the corporation be the position / department, because CCP - CCP Alliance is kinda redundant.

Why is that? Are you referring to the lack of information about where EVE Online (flying cool spaceships part) is heading or do you just have a bad personal experience with what SCRUM Masters are contributing with?
A notorious problem with SCRUM is that people do not understand the responsibilities of the key roles e.g. Product Owner and SCRUM Master. I'm assuming that CCP Zulu is the Product Owner since he owns the backlog (or Product Backlog Item - PBI), but who is the SCRUM Master for EVE? The person who protects the team from unreasonable requests by the Product Owner and who ensures that the SCRUM process is adhered to.
Just did a little research and it looks like CCP currently have a vacancy for the EVE-O SCRUM Master role which actually explains a lot: http://www.ccpgames.com/en/jobs/job-details.aspx?jobid=280
Interesting that the SCRUM Master will report to the Senior Producer of EVE (aka the SCRUM Product Owner). I'm not a SCRUM expert, so I asked a friend who is. Here is his reply: "YES. Absolutely. That is a major problem."
