I hereby declare the EWG Holdings shares and all transactions involving EWG Holdings shares as being null and void.
As for my investors, I have a surprise for you, one that I have carefully concealed in plain view: selective scamming.
Based on the above, I'm currently returning the isk to a select few, the rest of you, I hope you can swim.

I would hope that people such as myself that supported you and tried to fend of ppl like Lerchito from this being a scam with 0 evidence will still have an opportunity to stay invested with you, or liquidate so you choose.
All the scam BS literally came out of no where, and pushed you towards said path. I wish the trolls in MD would just back off and get a hobby so that people actually trying to do business in the MD can get on with it.

Without checking to see whether or not I got my investment back... I'm disappointed. I thought it would have been amusing to continually invest in a person whose name implied an incipient scam; apparently however appearances aren't deceiving after all. |

Edited by: Gabriel Virtus on 07/06/2009 00:23:34 I am not surprised. I am guessing the attempt to raise additional funding was an attempt for a larger scam. The failure to raise more capital shows the investors are a tiny bit smarter than I originally assesed to them. I would say more, but all you are is a troll and a scammer.

So, who are the "select few" you have decided not to scam? I'm guessing they are the ones who voted against liquidation. Or are they the ones who said you were not scamming?

Well it looks like one out of the three expample threads on how to erode confidence in the market ended up being a real scam for some and a fake scam for others, depending on the selection process that Sybil... um I mean the OP comes up with.

Ricdic: Glad you're retiring from ceo of ebank (waiting for the official announcement so I can redeposit my money), you can apologize whenever is convenient for you.
As for the rest of the individuals who defended this **** and criticized me for my "trolling" when I legitimately questioned and criticized his operations: Shame on you. You're as guilty as LRN/Amish Paradise/YGR is and a disgrace to this community.
Profitez bien, LRN. Jolly good scam =P

As an afterthought, to those of you saying he was "pushed" in the direction of scamming, I ask you, was he really? Can one really influence man in such a degree that the affected party is forced to scam despite perhaps more honorable intentions in the beginning? Can you be any more naive?

Original investment + dividends received, pleasure doing LEGITIMATE business with you LRN. To those still screaming scam.... well... you got your wish, you can now say "told you so" and lose your investments. To those of us that said "it's not, just give him some time" well, you may receive just that. Not that it's 100% right that some people are getting scammed, but you called it a scam for the last few weeks and got your wish, so I don't feel much pity tbh.
Just my two cents Azerath

Considering the abuse and accusations the new investees have to endure, if this pushing was true we'd have close to 100% scamming.

lol I only had 100mil with him, it was a testing the waters type investment. If he woulnd't of returned anyones money I would of said something along the lines of: Well I guess that's what happens when everyone magically turns him into a scammer, mind as well be one seeings how they've already reuned your reputation by createing "scam" out of thin air. |

OH MY GOD, LRN HAS SCAMMED? I would have never ever thought it was possible he would do such a thing. I am heartbroken and feel I have been humiliated and destroyed internally.
I would rather it was YGR who pulled the scam tbh, I like LRN too much. |

You cannot call this legitimate if he is taking anyone's isk. Although many people were calling this a scam, LRN could and should have returned everyone's investment. Being called a scam does not give him a valid reason to scam, and I don't think it was the primary reason pushing him to scam. |

Selective scamming just means that more than one person benefits from from it. So everyone receiving money from this is now a scammer.
I now like YGR because you can make other people scammers by proxy. This is the evolution of a new type of scam which casts doubt on and implicates everyone who receives isk.

You are quite delusional. This is not a ponzi. Some jerks pushed and pushed and others supported the business venture. Take your sour grapes elsewhere.

I got my lolz, well worth the million isk for a share, imo.
Reminds me back when my brother used to join starcraft "comp stomp" games, where instead of playing vs intelligent opponents denizens of battlenet would team up to beat the mindless adversary they already had in single player. Lurking among this crowd were a group of "backstabbers" that would unally their human teammates and kill them, usually right about when they thought they had the computer beat and were high fiving each other with the "gg" message.
Why? Because he would join under the screenname "Superbackstab".
Good show, YGR, worth every penny of my mil. |

You can't call the ones who received money scammers. They were paid only the expected amount of interest; they did not steal anyone's money. If LRN had not scammed, all investors would have benefited from it, but they clearly would not be scammers. |
