Just an added note about my bond. You've listed it as 'audit - yes' but it is infact 'audit - no'. Also it is currently closed and all payments have been made to investors. Other than that, super!
I hope you will be able to keep this sheet updated, Deitis.
Changed.
Also the link is already glued! It is in the MD Resource thread, in the Market Resources link, about half way down under "Analysis of IPO's and bonds"

This is awesome stuff! It's greatly appreciated.
One note for you:
BULSH 7.0 is closed now
And on a related note, althought it was a successful operation, it was done under false pretenses. This may or may not matter to your risk rating for future (?) Stardust CEO offerings.
Out of curiousity, now that the "drama" has settled down, what's your stance on EBANK risk? I did (and still) consider EBANK to be low risk, but I'd be interested in your assessment of them now.

Changed for both.
I agree EBANK has done a good job of weathering storm. The BOD has helped, unlike DBANK. I have reflected that on assessment.

You should perhaps also rewrite your notes for FIRD and FIMD, nowhere did the BOD in FIRD say that they were liquidating, they offered their incestors a buyback if they wanted. And if they had money left over after the FIRD investors who wanted to sell back had done so they would offer it to the FIMD shareholders, starting with those who had the least amount of shares. Noone of he two companies have publicly said they were liquidating to iterate, they are in trouble because Quadria has gone on a walkabout like has happend before and they apparently have noone other who can take over from him/her or no way to contact him/her to get control of the company.

First I appreciate you effort and willingness to share this valubale information.
I realize that you are only including "most OPEN or SUCCESSFULLY CLOSED IPO's and Bonds from the past year or further back for some" however what is your process from dropping bonds off the list that closed or are deemed scams?
I'm just wondering where you would have put 720, but that scam is already off the list. That got me to wondering how long until DBANK and Z'xera dropped off. And that got me to wondering when successful but closed bond/ipos would drop off.
Again, thanks.

I'm thinking cosmo is only tracking investments he's chosen to participate in, or did at one point. I don't see Sugar Jugs' bond (not Atima) nor glas mir's. ---------------------- Dzil's Corp Sales - 200m for 7+ standings ---------------------- |

My bond offering is on the list and he's not invested in it.
So I'm not sure

I am only keep track of IPO's/bonds that started around when I launched this thread, and also previous successful launches.
At the time I did not include known finished SCAMS. I have updated with open IPO's and recent successful closed one's (typically if it meant further funding for the same CEO)
When one of the IPO/bonds on the list scams I will update that and leave it there. So DBANK and Z'xera will stay there for all to see.
Other scams such as 720, xabier, Evn7289 I chose not to add as they were well known and a long time ago. It would be a lot of work to find all them.

Excellent work. Please consider extending this compilation back to earlier bonds and IPOs; I'd be interested in doing a logistic regression analysis to see if scams/failures can be accurately predicted.

This is most likely a high risk as you have had no audits so far, your "progress" is usually similar to scammers who would start out small, work their way up looking successful and when they get to a big juicy IPO/bond, they scam.

Edited by: Ender2006 on 18/07/2009 17:25:16 As long as I can continue to raise the funds I need it doesn't matter to me what category I get thrown into :-P but yes I'd agree with your assessment from a purely 3rd party standpoint. I leave it to my corporation members, past investors, and business associates to dispute that if they so desire.
My interest payouts will continue to be significantly higher than average since it does not significantly affect profits and I like to reward investors since they keep me from having to tear into my own assets. Almost all of those go into purchasing bpo's and delivering t2 module inventory and a massive shipyard for corporate pvp use at half price. Though with Ulecese offering to fund a large portion of future capital needs I may decide to stick with that instead. We'll see how these next 3 months go.

I have further updated the database with the new IPO and bonds.
Comments
1. I have put the information regarding FIRD and FIMD shares based on this BOD post
2. There is a lot of talk currently about what ratings should be applied to the IPO's and bonds being launched.
As stated in the initial post and on my sheet, the ratings I provide are MY OPINIONS.
I expect players to use the information I provide as a guide, but you should also make up your own mind on the quality of offering. |

IŠd suggest you amend this EBank comment:
Quote: Justifies low risk due to excellent BOD, recently appointed Ray as Chairman. Accounts frozen potential 1,200B loss.
The directors were both incompetent and negligent, in my view.
Also, this comment about AC155 is no longer warranted:
Quote: Excellent rep, lower amount requested, EBANK employee
Negligence and incompetence donŠt make for excellent reps, and being an EBank employee is not something to crow about.

Cosmoray, how would you classify:
- Forcible, unilaeral and without preadvice investors' money "lockdown" till undetermined time.
- Started an audit but it failed at once and nothing has been done since then.
- Complete lack of any acceptable form of accounting and reporting.
- Snobish attitude to anyone excepting the conduit.
- 30% collateral.
Because I don't see such condition really applied for EBANK in your Document.
I am very sorry that things went pear shaped for them, I hoped EvE could flaunt being the only game with such complex human structures but ATM the circumstances seem against it. And Imho that should reflect in your paper.
- Auditing and consulting

You sir have no ***ing clue what you're talking about in regards to AC155. Feel free to take off the EBANK employee part of that line if it makes you feel better but regardless of whether it stays or goes it still doesn't change anything about how trustworthy he is.
He wasn't a director when the bank was being run into the ground but I'm sure he and the other directors that came along after the mess was made will get to be guilty rather than scapegoats to idiots like you. Not even sure why I'm responding because you're obviously an idiot but I'm honestly surprised no one else has posted in regards to the comment you just made. Nice to see that some of those trusted and respected md'ers would rather hide than stick up for a friend.

A word of advice, son. Calling people names diminishes your credibility, not the opposite. Are you capable of a rational discussion?

Only with people that are deserving of a rational discussion. I'm not looking for credibility so I'm perfectly fine with name calling especially when someone sticks their foot in their mouth.

Great wrok ray , nicely detailed.
One small thing , one of my own current inevstemnts is not on it.Maybe because only me is there as an investor so i'll link it and let you decide if it's worth putting up or not.
Small detail with it , i have a 110% collateral from the OP.
