If you need an urgent withdrawal, send in-game mail (EVEmail) to Manalapan. Include as much information as you have about your account, although I don't believe you should put your password in the EVEmail.
Intresting been five days I still haven't seen my isk from doing this. I'm starting to agree with the idea that they're either selling it, or spreading it amongst alts and leaving their old alts behind. Some sign of, life would be nice, some show that they are actually trying to do something.
Well i asked for a return of my investment today.About 3 bille.
To be honest i'll be glad if i see any isk on my wallet appear. With Ebank i still had a 100% trust just didn't like the way it all was handled , this time it is a whole different thing.

Well looking at responses both here and on Dbank forums. The fact mana does hardly login , promised people could still withdraw yet does not even log in long enough to view the withdraw demands , leave alone even handle them. No responses both on these forums and Dbank forums , and if any then they are empty promises and no info on where they are in bringing it all back up.
No i'd say my isk is down the drain in this one and if by any chance it isn't then i'd suggest they close the books and give people their isk back and call it a day.Not enough staff to help out it seems , shar has called it a day , directors hardly log in at all.I say burnout of the top staff , prob due to RL , but nontheless they can't cope with what's on the table at this point.
The LEAST any business can do is update people on current issues. It is also why Ebank got some mud thrown at them. Not the fact that ric ran away with isk and not the fact a loan defaulted. Most people who commented where mad about the fact they did not know what was going on.This was also why i got my isk out of Ebank at the time.Difference being i had full trust in Ebank staff and that i would get my isk whenever i would ask for it so it was purely as a statement then. This time i asked the withdrawl because i felt i would loose my full investment

In short it's either a run with the isk or there is even no more isk to run off with .
At this point i'd say it's safe to accept the chance of getting our investment back is verry little to none.

Originally by: Kitchie I doubt all those could be liquidated that fast so I can't see how there could be little to none left.....
And i can't see why in a weeks time the replies where allmost zero from Dbank itself and most questions both here and on the DBank forums in specific have been neglected. There was a promise withdrawls could go on wich is not the case.No info on ETA of the site.Basicaly just some empty words in the first days followed by pure silence for the last 4 days.
So at this point i say any speculations are fair play.

Originally by: stonerman Same, i would be shocked to see my isk. Even if they did come back there would be such a major run on the bank, it would just fall apart in hours.
I dunno... if dbank would return soon and fully work i'd leave my cash there. although i don't have much hope left... 750mil down the drain for me... pretty much all i had. My other acc even ran out of gametime cuz i couldn't withdraw and buy gtc for it with isk.
i gotta admit i haven't really logged in since dbank went down, all funds tied up there and i really don't want to start all over again.
i'm still praying manaplan or iknota make it back or at least have the pride and honour to repay everyone if they close down... but i'm in doubt.
Don't want to sound harsh and at this point you probably would take it wrong but for those who at occasions browse the forums and might want to invest in any form:
Never EVER put in allmost every isk you have to ANY investment. My own rule is not invest above 20% of my own capital , allthough at this point i have a lot less invested since i have withdrawn my Ebank savings.Even if the investment looks solid.
In eve you know any investment can go wrong and this way a loss of investment won't harm your own trade/business in any way and will not give you an immediat rage-quit effect.

Originally by: Kitchie I hate to say it but I think he must have decided that an internet game was not worth that much stress. I'm still hoping that he'll come back but my optimism wanes as each day passes.....
If you start such a service then you know what can come towards you. That said i think that if he would have said that withdrawls could not be handled untill the website was back up AND any withdrawl demands before that time would not be looked into at least he would not have a full mailbox. He then also probably would have a LOT less withdrawl requests if the site eventually was running.
He could also state that the financials in the bank at this point still are weak because of Xabier and i am sure that then most of the investors - myself for sure - would say:'Ok at least give me my isk back and the interests i don't care about'.
Turn and twist it any way you want but he has taken the weight on his shoulders himself. He should at least have spoken up what he did and why.
Appearantly he even did not have the decency to write a small reply in here or on Dbank-forums and THAT is what i strugle with most.I don't care about the 3 bille i lost -just a small setback in this months profits - but i DO mind how he handled this.Only reason i can think of at this point that would make it understandable is when he or a close one had an accident.Any other excuse would not be good enough considering it only takes a few minutes to write a damn post.
