Sorry Siddy, poor example mate. I know the theory you are trying to demonstrate, just yours dont work to well init
Anyway ...
As for this whole spelling B.S. How can anyone have a pop when we use terms like:
Inty - where the feck is a Y in Interceptor? Indy - See above! Industrial (Add your own examples that spring to mind)
BTW: PWND - What does this mean? Pawned??? Player Owned - as in, Monty killed Harry and spanked him easy. (I honestly don't know)
You can see the thought process of these people: Run out of argument? Lets attack the spelling and grammer for someone who probably isn't even English or ... may be dislexic?!?! (fecked if i know how to spell that and i aint gona look it up, just to wind some people right up!)
WTF: Is this forum a legal contract? An English exam? .....? (add other examples of your choice). NO its not. Leavin spellin alone is what we is mostly be doin init.
Whilst we are at it, which English is the correct English to use? This game is neither English or American. Colour or Color?
Agreed and a big up to the original poster.
KTHKBYE
Be lucky!

These boards stipulate us to USE ONLY ENGLISH so anyone posting here is maybe using their 3rd or 4th language EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT THAT GOOD IN IT.
I can speak several languages, some very well and others I just barely am able to make myself understood.
So yes, you can say you speak 4 languages even if you only speak 2 well, 1 moderately well and the 4th is a pain but still gets the point across.
As for the "no excuse for english speaking people" then you are overlooking dyslexia and other related illnesses.

My solution for all these spelling and grammar critics is simply claiming that I do not speak english. What I type is not english, its a new language derived from english and many other international languages with its own spelling and grammar rules.
For one, your, you're are both correct spellings for all situations granted that the complete sentence gives enough information to get the meaning. The same goes for all other cases that seem to 'annoy' so many people. Stop complaining that its not correct english! Its not english at all.
Of course the only problem here is that I'm supposed to speak english on this forum but then... if they don't know:)

wrong! about the "your/you're" thing. but, you're right. i don't speak english at all. i speak american. but i definitely DO NOT speak "lazy-ass, no time to spell correctly, can't figure out the difference between your or you're, stupid internet" language.
and there are no valid excuses. at least have the balls to come on and say, "hey, i'm lazy and ignorant. deal with it"... don't give me this "it's not my native language" crap. i got three words for that: use secure containers.
at least honesty can be respected...
there is a fine, but dissasterous line between a fart and a shart. i suggest you make sure which side you want to be on... |

I regularly correct grammar in a post, if I feel able to, particularly of people I know. Otherwise how will they know they are making a mistake? No one likes to do things in error, or incorrectly, yet they object to being corrected? I don't get it.
Fair enough, if someone is doing it in a condescending manner, then they're an idiot - otherwise I would take it as someone just helping out.
