Too brite. I hate sites that still cast a shadow of your body on the wall in a well lit room.

After being used to the old Battleclinic for so long, layout is about as comfortable as reading a book that opens from the left rather than the right.
It's all white, too bright, no fitting interface now, just a list of modules.
In other words I think it's crap, but I seriously doubt it'll stay like that for that long, I think it's just that it's the first build of a new version.
The colours in the background are nice, need some more black and red for the main windows.

I still have to login to watch killmails (I expected it to be a bug when they changed it on the old site).
Cant find a button for related kills.
In my opinion Battleclinic should focus on its strength (large killmail-database). Maybe a way to watch all kills in a battle with lots of parties (or just 3-4 parties). (In your alliance-KB, you can only see your kills and losses. You cant see what your partner alli killed on one gate while you camped the other gate or if a battle was a total loss bc only 1 of your members was called primary while your partner corp was completely annihilated.) Get my point?

I much preferred the way loadouts were before. Being able to select a single ship type from the Items menu and seeing all loadouts was very nice. Now we select a Race, then what the ship is going to do? How is that helpful? I liked being able to go in and see all the interesting ways people fit out ships, but now you select all the different options and get every type of ship, even ones I don't give a rats ass about.

Killboard is absolutely terrible. Images too small, the table is way too big for how little information is presented (no corp information anymore, just character names, and no more sec status next to system names in case I don't know the sec of every system in the game) Having to login to view KMs, and even when logged in a limit on how many KMs you can view over a period of time, is terrible. Ruins the user experience.
Also oh god my eyes.
Edit: Oh, and the fact that because of the way the site is coded you can't open KMs in a new tab in the background, but have to open them in the current window, look at it right away, and then go back? I hate it when websites take away my choice in how I utilize their services. |

I hate how you have to be logged in now to view kill mails. Battleclinic was only useful as a public KB and loadout repository, now that registration is required even to view kills my main reason for using it is gone.
The new look is ok. Its overwhelmingly meh though. I would say drop the huge background image and do larger KB images.

It is there but it is buried within about 4 submenus and takes a lot of clicking and loading to get there :( |

they keep changing things without thinking it through.
hopefully the input they get will convince them the need to bend to the overwhelming willpower of thousands of unpaying users of their free service. I really do like battleclinic, but it's getting too difficult to use. |
