Subject pretty much says it all... Can Concord follow me if I warp to a safe? Is there perhaps a delay while they scan me down? Or am I instagibed regardless?

Excellent. So I can warp into a herd of miners, smartbomb them to hell, and (hopefully) warp to safe before concord pops me if the sec status of the system is low enough, right? Then just wait out the timer...

Yep, make sure you're aligned before they turn up and that your safe is at least 2AU from the nearest celestial.

Concord has never chased me but the faction police of the region have Even when I warped to a random planet at 100km, the frigate arrived on the scene first then was quickly followed by cruisers and battleships, I never did like those minnies

Keep in mind that if the timer does expire before CONCORD shows up and asplodes you, you've committed an exploit and can now be banned.

Once in your safe, remember that warping to dock is no good, as you will still have the "cannot dock due to aggression" by time you get there....
Give it 30 or 40 seconds before trying to dock or CONCORD will get you outside the dock, and the dock guns will.
I've certainly never been CONCORDED in a safe spot, and that is a fact you can take to the bank. |

Confirming I've never been Concordokkened at a safe spot or after waiting 40 seconds to dock from leaving a safe spot.

Like stated it's the faction police you need to worry about, and getting global criminal countdown too often will result in the faction police going after you eventually
There's something called security status, you need the following security status to enter the following systems
1.0 (-1.9)
0.9 (-2.4)
0.8 (-2.9)
0.7 (-3.4)
0.6 (-3.9)
0.5 (-4.4)
How can you fix this? You get your security status up by ratting, so if you have a nice balance between getting global and ratting every now and again, your security status will be fine
which means you can get to a safespot while having global safely providing your security status is okay

It's safe mate. Thats why the cbears are crying so much, hisec ganking is easy. Just don't fit plates and it should be cool jumping away from concord, they're not THAT fast. |

just be aligned to your safe, set off a volley or two (2 at the max) and gtfoinstawarp to your safe, wait a minute or so and then dock up or go back to low sec... easy peasy - why do you think there's so many petitions and whine threads about high-sec ganking

Gank 'em and then immediately post a stuck petition saying you need to be moved to the nearest low-sec system. CONCORD don't attack if you have an open petition. |
