Uncommon and Common Sub-Capital Ships

The Starvald Emurlahn institute rehabilitates and caters for pilots suffering from a rare disease caused by the fluid found in capsules reacting with self warming lubrication (And certain chemicals used in organic fruit bleaching by the nocturnal bat farmers of the Jita region) during conception which causes, but not limited to, temporal confusion and permanent blindness.
Peoples affected by this disease can contact T'amber or e30089 for rehabilitation and temporal alignment.
//:The Lottery
Tickets will give you a chance to win a 1st Place prize of 213 different ships and 80 subsystems and a second place prize of a 10mil+ SP Starting Character. Tickets cost 10mil each and the lottery will run for 2weeks from the start date, with a minimum ticket amount of 4000. The proceeds of this lottery will go towards the next lottery which will include more ships for you to win :). The winners will be drawn at random using a 3rd party service, the ships are in hisec and within 4 jumps of Jita (and will be held by a 3rd Party for the duration of the lottery), the 2nd place winner can designate the account for the character to go to, with the transfer cost paid.

All this Isk for the lottery will be sent to T'Amber, my job is to hold the 213 different ships + 80 subsystems and pick the winning 1st and 2nd number.
213 Ships + 80 Subsystems have NOT been contracted to me, I would assume this will be done within the next 24hrs.
Please do NOT send any Isk til I confirm that the ships and subsystems are in my possession.

Tickets are given in order of purchase. As the winning number is completely random it shouldnt matter, and as I work in a Casino I can tell you its all chance baby! It also makes it easy for me to manage peoples tickets as my wallet was emptied before it started I can check peoples number to the amount of isk in my wallet at the time of their purchase.

Hi guys! All tickets up until now have been validated and can be viewed here in PDF Format or here in ODS (Open Office) Format.
Its been relatively quiet for the last two days with a noticable drop in ticket sales, although Gaurdian Sword is doing a great job advertising for us! Currently 21.73% (869) of minimum tickets have been sold over the last 4 days taking our daily average of tickets down to 217.25. Hopefully we can get some moar tickets sold this weekend and next week so there is no overtime!

Not quite anymore due to the patch, but the excess isk is going towards more ships (frieghters, carriers, dreads) for the next lottery. I had a 3rd party price up the stuff pre-patch and it was around 30bil and the character is probably worth 5bil tops. I'm not sure of the total price now tbh, but hopefully with each lottery we'll be able to add more ships until we can include some rare and hopefully uber rare ships, along with more place prizes; Once t3 prices have stablilzed hopefully we can pay out something like the following:
Bubble: All Shuttles/ Frigates
4th: Character
3rd: All Cruisers/ Frigates/ Shuttles
2nd: All Battleships/ Cruisers/ Frigates/ Shuttles
1st: All Common and Uncommon Sub Capital Ships + Frieghters/ Jump Freighters + T1 Carriers + Dreads + Rare Ship
Or something like that. We'll have to see if this one works first.

I'm not sure how or why, but I have uninhabited capsules. F90OEX has already recieved the one for this lottery and has been confirmed on the first page, although you can't contract it so we had to do a station trade. I believe it is also on the screenshot in a corp hangar and packaged :) Sweet eh!

not to mention, that corp that he is in has only two member..
idk, but its fishy to me..I hope CCP has a good methods of returning stolen money in this kind of situations..

F90OEX is trusted and known as one of the biggest CNR sellers in eve aswell as having a ridiculously large wallet, if you are unhappy don't buy tickets. :)

Totally incorrect, ( not that it's your fault) There has been a known problem with viewing public finished contracts from chars that do high volume trading. It only shows older contracts and nothing more. I have the same problem as you with looking at other peoples contract history. This year alone I have done about 1000+ contracts, not including private contracts. If the early 2007 contracts show you anything, it shows I have been selling Navy Ravens on a daily bases since then, and still continue to do so.
I have mailed you my last 10 finished public contracts, so you can clearly see there is a bug within the contract system. If you need further clarification petition ccp or convo me in game and I can link as many contracts as you want to see for this whole month.
As for my corp only having 2 members, its for the same reason Chribba or Entity that only allow selected people they 101% trust into there corp. Just like them I don't want to lose what I have worked towards, and lose it in a few mouse clicks.
And remember make sure you take the time to send your Isk to the correct character.

He has been used many times as 3rd party both private and public, he has fulfilled all contract obligations he has been requested for, and has always helped players ni the ships channel for as long as I can remember. well basically you either get F90 or Chribba when you want to sell/trade anything "tricky"... both are, at least in my eyes, equally trustworthy.

i have experience trading capsules (don't ask...) and the way to do it is to put the repackaged pod inside a cargo container. then you're allowed to contract it.

A few things to note:
Ticket 1755 to Tanith YarnDemon was given for free for testing the new forum signature.
Tickets 1551 and 1552 had been incorrectly listed as KlenDaxor's but were in fact henry08 (Sorry guys!)
Tickets 1193, 1193, 1194, 1195 and 1196 Are awaiting confirmation of owner's character change
You are no longer required to include "Lottery" as the reason for ticket purchases. There are nolonger any dontations to the lottery, all isk sent will recieve a ticket aslong as they are in units of 10million isk.
My forum signature now updates automatically with tickets sold, thanks to Vala Mal'Doran
Please note though that the website hosting this file has been marked as malicous by www.google.com and we are awaiting on a petition to have this removed. The file has been scanned and is clean and will not effect you in anyway. If this cannot be fixed we will change the server that the file is hosted on.

Is your signature a .png file by any chance? Internet Explorer is known to have issues with PNG transparency.
I'd buy more tickets, but I may need to make some serious investments soon...so if the needed number of tickets is not sold, what will you do? Will you extend the date?

Is there a "case scenario" for that?

Hmm you have a point there, i didnt think about that. You could always sell it :|, if that was the case I can hold onto the character for the winner (upto 1 month). I could then run a sale for that character on behalf of the winner (with me still paying the transfer fee of course) and then I could transfer the isk to the winner. I'd have to check to make sure this is legal under the EULA first, but I don't see why not... although most people wouldnt have a character this good as an alt, and tbh she would be wasted as an alt.

Might of been misunderstood during the interview, but it was asked where was I going to be and I said most likely Jita since I can be found around that system on most days. Sorry that was actually incorrect, it was 4692 validated. Anyway, regarding your comment about the extra 1000, if anyone actually read my forum post it said 4000 minimum, and extra isk goes towards the next lottery. However, because the ISD news insinuated that there were 4000 tickets only it leaves me with a problem.. There are probably three reason here for misunderstanding, (one) I might not have explained the rules properly (two) The news report, and (three) this isn't a normal eve lottery. I am not angry with ISD Najax Lergazin though, completely the opposite, we would have never sold as many tickets without overtime if he hadn't made the report. But please if you have an issue join the "Ships of Eve Lottery" channel and you can discuss this with me and the other entrants. While we are waiting for the numbers to be drawn and validated we will be discussing this one and the next lotteries to come. If you have any ideas you can come and share them with us.

I don't have problems with more tickets sold then what the prizes are worth....I always found it rediculous for people to say that as it does not affect the people's chance to get a big prize for a small amount of isk. Just making a suggestion was what I did, simply cause it seems logical :D
Then again, you added some more prizes so I think everyone is more then happy now!

Congratulations to all the winners of both the actual drawings, and the spot prizes. This was an amazing Lottery and I am sure im not the only one that greatly appreciates the fact that T'Amber and F90OEX put lots of effort into this, not to mention Guardian Sword and anyone else that was working behind the scenes.

I just wanted to post and confirm I got all the ships and sub-systems from F900ex today plus the funky capsule thing (not sure what that is).
Soooo happy. It's sooo many ships. I offered F900ex a ship but he declined.
Big shout out to T'amber and company for having the Lottery and to F900ex for for doing the drawing.

And I will happily do it again for the next one.
It was well put together and professionally run and I'm more than satisfied that I had as much chance of winning as any other ticket holder.
For the whiners that think just because they bought a ticket and didn't win, it must have been rigged, I have this to say:
If you can afford to lose it don't spend it.
It's not a sale. It's a GAMBLE. You are way more likely to lose than win, so stop with the whining when you don't. Get over it and don't buy a ticket for the next one.

Maybe you should check out the effort I put into making sure no-one could rig this, let alone me... I didn't draw the winning numbers, F9 did with an external site that neither of us has any control over.
I do think maybe the fact she had lots of tickets helped so I'm going to limit the tickets players can buy for the next one, although for corps it will be higher.

Thanks for all the comments guys, even those who are wary as I'm sure you have points that others share.
Just so everyone knows I have tried very hard to make sure that everything is secure and fair. As the lottos go on and progress people should hopefully get used to this new type of sand box lotto. Although some people (looking up) are dubious of the security of the draw - its pretty much as far as I can go to make it fair, although if you have an idea that would make it better for the ticket holders please post here or send me an evemail in game with your suggestions.
Just as an update, the next lottery is almost ready, we are just waiting on me to finish the website with automatic ticket validation.
All the ships have been purchased and the prize levels and details will be posted soon..
Also If anyone knows Lab Slots can they please get him to contact me so that he can pick up his unclaimed prize.

I mean look at the facts.. on the day of the draw not one of the 3 winners was online or in the channel when the prizes or spot prizes were announced then all of a sudden all 3 log on together and give there speaches and the Top winner happens to be month old noob with no corp history who paid 3b for 300 tickets ..Ask yourself this ... Who the hell would Hide behind a noob alt to enter a competition apart from a scammer ?

Actually I went and invited them to the channel as they didn't know they'd won, I don't know about them all logging in together though. But anyway, it is impossible for me to know the winning numbers before hand, so there is no way that I could influence those numbers or the winning tickets. I think it came down to luck, and the number of tickets the winners had. Regarding Noobs, I would like them to be able to enter, it would be awesome if one won. In fact I have some events to organised to try and get more of them to join (and also create some good pr!)... I'll post more on this soon.
Thanks for your comments and concerns but I will be sticking with F9.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood, you mean alts not noobs, well there is no way of telling which is a real new players main and someones alt, although I'm sure people make alts and enter Chribba's lotteries too. I don't see how it would be different tbh; Its still random who wins, although buying more tickets makes your odds better.

Guys its a freaking GAME!!! I've been reading this thread for a bit, it took a LONG LONG LONG TIME for T'Amber to host this wonderful lottery. Its a good chance to actually collect all the ships, if i won i would've copy and pasted the list to a Sell forum and say offer up. but that's me, THERE ARE SOMETHING CALLED ALTS that people use to keep there MAIN Character out of touch so he doesn't have to worry about getting flamed and getting suicide cuz he won a lottery. Now please just shut up, stop arguing cuz u didn't win.

I don't personally have any suspicions about this lottery, but I do want to say something. The fact that Chribba can do a lotto like he just did and sell 100B worth of tickets in under 8 hours, with everyone knowing ahead of time they won't see any proof of the results of his random drawing (no randomizer website etc.), just goes to show how much he is trusted. I think there'd be zero doubt if you used his services and let him draw the winning tickets for the next one. It's just a suggestion, but for a lotto of this magnitute it's really only fitting.
