Never really liked mining much but the thought of Chribba clubbing helpless baby veld roids does appeal to me.

Yes, that's it!!!!!
If we could reprogram the roids talk in local, and totally shed tears over being mined, then all of the so-called pirates will take up mining!
The roids don't need to talk in local. In fact, the dev team can just say the roids have AI and get quite upset when being mined, and the so-called pirates will think there are even more tears and will get their own Hulks and start strip mining with ferocity!!
No new code or change in the game engine are necessary!
I can see it now "Man, these roids, some of them rotated a bit. I could tell they were so upset. Man I am so leet!"
