Its how you operate, its a bit tacky, but is a way of recruiting some people may not feel is beneath them. Dont try to make out your not doing it though. SKUNK (o)

To be quite honest with you, out of 100 evemails sent on our last operation, we were contacted by 30 interested pilots, that's a 30% response rate. Probably about half of those pilots we recruited. This tells me there are plenty of pilots who are not happy with their current corp, looking for something better, but just won't put forth the effort to leave on their own. I'm sorry that your butt hurt over one of our old recruitment policies (we don't do these anymore, and haven't in some time), but you will be glad to know that you have loyal pilots, as none of your members ever contacted us during either of those two operations.

You recruitment through "solid referral from current members only" is undeniably a trawl through other peoples killboards, looking at the top ten killers and sending them a recruitment mail. You knew nothing about these pilots other then they were the top pilots of other corps. This policy was encouraged by paying your pilots to poach others - so its not surprising that people were mailing randoms to try to get them to join. I was merely pointing this out when you decided to act all indignant about your recruitment policy's. The statement "solid referral" was so laughable when my own random alt had received an invite I had to back up the other posters who were expressing their incredulity at it. How you can come out with that with a straight face i do not know. A trusted director dosent turn traitor so comprehensively after so many years without a reason. The op has suggested he does not like your methods in the light of uglucks semi retirement. IF the recruitment methods you championed are indicative of those methods, perhaps you may want to look inwards instead of simply burning the witch. As for the whole corp theft stuff i believe that this post has done it`s duty..The corp theft is known, Maddan will be remembered by the community atleast to the end of this week and Bydi got some ammo and mods to replace.. And to those hoping that this hurt the corp..He stole around 30 bill total and lots of it being mods..Im proud to have many very generous members who have replaced over 20bill so far.. So as it stands now we got more isk than we did before the corp theft because it aint locked up as mods in the hangar anymore.. Thanks guys! I never wanted to join BYDI, for one id lose respect to alot of my friends in eve to a point where they'd prolly not speak to me again and i would not blame them. Second point is as someone stated earlier, your easier to get into than a drug addicted hooker. I even posted an alt looking for a corp in the recruitment thread with my alts attributes which were less than appealing (5m skill points) and you contacted me in game eager to accept me. So no i dont hate you because i didnt get into your little corp.

If I were a tyrannical CEO, I'd assume anyone questioning their concerns were tantamount to treason and should be removed from their position as soon as possible rendering any chance of this from happening. And then bought an alt player and sent all the money to that and started playing with them with a clean slate.
