Less then 24 hrs to inferno --> patch notes? deployment plan?

Second, how long have you been playing Eve? Long enough to go through several new patches? if you don't have the feel for how it goes yet, perhaps you need a new game.

FPS will drop from a stable 60 to 10-15, for no reason, regardless of settings, even if entire computer is reformatted. Also, the taxes... and I was just getting into manufacturing to, this will definitely affect my margins. All warfare is based on deception and logistics. Battles and soldiers are secondary priorities.
