Most of you kids know how to smack around in game and on the forums and more or less not take it seriously.
Its all part of Eve and everyone chuckles about some of the better smack posts and local chat, etc. No biggie.
When socially challenged spaceship nerds start reaching into real life, insulting other players real life attributes and trying to demoralize the person, all they show is how sad they are. They ruin the game for everyone. Over time the pool becomes a cesspool and only toads live there.
The Mittani is one such player. His alliance is recently successful, his news stories are on TenTonHammer and 6000 bees buzz him to sleep with love songs each night.
His ego has become so swollen and distorted that he believes he can insult real people and not be called out on it; that his minions can make real life threats, hack web sites and just about everything they can get away with to get something over on their victims. Dont forget trashing real life friends and family who have passed away.
These forums are filled with the hate and ugliness that Goons bring to the game. It is disgusting.
Their hate has infected other alliances they have worked with. The easy win and meme insult is too appealing and standards once held sacred by leaders across New Eden are abandoned.
New Eden has entered a Dark Age.
The entire map is encircled by the largest naptrain ever to exist. No small alliances will ever be able to take hold in 0.0 and actually own a high end moon. Your roaming gang of 15 will be blobbed by 175 bored pilots from Napswarm beause they have no other targets. Your factional warfare gangs will be hot dropped by 180 northern coalition because they have no reds. Your prices will be controlled by a coalition owning most of the high end moons in space.
This is NOT a CAOD post. This affects every player in this game. The Dark Age of Goon/NC rule must be torn down on all sides.
Wage war on every front. I emplore you; dont help Goons or NC. Dont buy their contracts. Dont join their corps. Dont lend or borrow isk or rent systems. Kill them whenever you can in lowsec and nullsec. Dont respond to their troll posts. Leave them to rot as pariahs in our beautiful universe.
Wage a war on all fronts the likes which New Eden has ever seen. A total, throbbing mass of willpower against the ugliest entities ever to breathe asteroid dust.
Reclaim New Eden as your own capsuleers !

The devs did mention a change to sovereignty in the next patch.... perhaps this will already be addressed.

Small alliances are not supposed to be able to hold everything and not everybody is supposed to own high end moons. The top end content is only available to those that work together and those that can be bothered to coordinate and strive towards owning such things. This can take years of work, and that's the idea!
This is not communism where everyone is equally as poor as everyone else. This is capitalism where the strongest and most competitive survive and reap the rewards.
Only the entrepreneurs of new eden can take a slice of the big pie!

Tbh I'd prefer a new eden where no single powergroup controls more than 10-15% of the map :). What is happening in 0.0 is a classic case of endgame which is like what has happened in a lot of other pvporiented games. Where you reach an endgame and get stability.
Goons are generally nice people compared to the NC however :)

Eve's sovereignty system is seriously messed up and CCP is aware of it. Defending is easy as hell and attacking is stupidly hard. Not going into details as they can be found elsewhere. I'm hoping CCP will take action soon though.

the op is 100% correct, and only those under napfest are the ones posting negative comments here.
under the guise of " you cant hurt me atall cause its internets" pretty hateful things are being done.
its hard to imagine that CCP has no position on this, but if they stay out of it, in the same guise, I am glad i punched out a goon for being a goon a while back after i recognized his name as one i knew from mouthing off.
remember kids, its all fun and games till the guy your dissing is in your face.

OP needs admittance to a mental hostpital.
I mean, if we boot out goons, the market will disintegrate. No T2 ships, no capships, no ****ing nothing. THAT would be a dark age. Griefers who you can't stand are not a Dark Age, they are a part of EVE. And besides, all the goons do now is make themselves happy and annoy the 0.0 dwellers. I assure you no 'Personal threat' given by a goon has ever been followed up on in real life. As to hacking, well.... it's the internet. Deal.

Given the arrogance of Kenzoku/BoB I'm glad they fell. This sounds like a case of a seriously bruised ego taking an in-game loss out of game. Hypocritical much?

if you want easy access to 0.0, join an alliance that already has access.
if goons are taken out, then the next largest alliance would sweep in and claim all the space.
if every tiny alliance and corp was able to claim and hold 0.0 space, then it would be even harder to find a piece of your own.
