It rarely drops below 30k people online, and I've seen spike nears 50k regularly over the last few months. When I started in 2007, 30k was a peak spike. EVE now gets more press than it ever has. Goons are directly, or indirectly, responsible for a huge percentage of the out-of-game press this games gets. NYC articles, BBC articles, many because of some action the Goons were directly responsible for or a part of. The only thing Goons are killing is the e-Honour good fights paradise people like Snot Shot loved so much. The game itself is more interesting, and stronger, than it's ever been.
