Posted - 2009.07.15 05:52:00 - [121] This might be a bit dumb but isn't it good to learn this sort of lesson when you're in ships that aren't really worth much, rather than finding out about it for the first time when you're in something that's worth far more? Like flying noob/cheap ships into low-sec or 0.0 for the first time, better to know what happens there in stuff that's cheap to replace.

He ganked the guy, then got CONCORDOKKEN. I clicked on the victim's pod and destroyed it. But no CONCORD. In my adrenaline rush, I targeted my CEO instead of the victim and podded him with a billion ISK in implants. First and only time I've ever bought a GTC for ISK.

They not only have no knowledge of what is going on, they also acted like it would never happen to them. I am not used to that. I teach people how to shoot, and often that "it can't happen to me" mindset is something I am seldom exposed to. Perhaps the suicide gankers ARE performing a service of sorts? Oh oh.
