This is exactly what I have realised. I think that if PL were in the same situation as bobits were in there final days they would go out alot differently, taking lots of enemies with them. and really making the attackers hurt,  I think that PLs culture of making fun of each other and pretending they are no good really makes them alot stronger than BOB ever was.
SO this is why pl are so dangerous they will allways find a way to fight no matter what, even if it involves fighting on the forums or hacking.   
The only way to stop PL from dominating the game for the next 2-3 years is to start killing them, just small roaming gangs around there space killing ratters and haulers for a start. then surprise dread sieges, just wear them down.
I think that to be really good at this game you have to be a bit immature, and so I think pl get bored much quicker than most. 
Contemplate what I have said I bet that none of the important alliances in this game at the moment speak out in this thread, that is because you are secretly scared of getting Pls attention, in case they decide to kill your alliance too.
