Ender2006 APOCALYPSE LEGION	Posted - 2009.07.17 22:23:00 - [1] Edited by: Ender2006 on 17/07/2009 22:29:08 The Goal 20 billion in capitol sought for investment in trading activities for a period of 3 months (July 18th - October 17th) minimum investment - 250m maximum investment - 1500m (unless goal is not reached) Terms of Repayment Interest will be paid each month according to the following table: 10% - Corporation Members 9% - Previous Investors 8% - New Investors Scheduled Payment Dates August 15th September 19th October 17th Collateral in case of UFO abduction 4bln of the 20bln in total capitol is secured by my holdings in IRD bonds. In the case of my sudden incapacitation, Ulecese is authorized to repay investors 20% of their initial investment from this amount, regardless of interest payments made prior to disappearance. This will be on his own schedule depending on when he has available funds and in no case is he authorized to make payments prior to October 20th without my written approval. Restrictions 1.) Investors may only receive a return of their isk ahead of schedule after a 25% penalty for early withdrawal (unless it is within 1 day of the month's interest payment in which case a 15% penalty will be assessed) This is necessary due to the huge penalty for liquidation of assets by selling to buy pricing. Late Payment All invested funds must be received by Sunday July 19th at 21:00 GMT. Each day the payment of funds is late will result in 1/30th of the interest rate/month being subtracted from the payout and may result in a replacement being found. Likewise if I am late paying interest I will pay a 0.5% bonus rate for every day payment is late. Market Techniques - with approximate percentages of capitol Loyalty Point Purchases - 40% LP Purchase Program Posting The large increase in requested capital is due primarily to the opening of a new market. LP purchases. Several million in loyalty points have been purchased, a customer base is being established, and spreadsheets with all 28k faction/item/pricing combos are about 20% complete. T2 Module Resell - 20% Purchase of bulk modules from IRD supplier generates steady profit but slow sales in more profitable regions requires higher capital requirements as they gradually build up. Module Monopoly - 10% Risky but huge profits when pulled off successfully. POS Fuel supplier -5% 18 days away from freighter 5. Have one inconsistent purchaser who requires 5-6bln in pos fuels delivered quickly. Good profits when available. General Outer Hub trading - 10% Purchase of modules and minerals cheaply in jita and resold in other hubs T1 ship building - 5% slow and steady profits Miscellaneous - 10% Audits No, I will not be completed an audit prior to this offering. Frankly, it wasn't necessary with my previous offers. Regardless, I will let me previous investors and offerings speak for themselves. If I can't raise the funds, then I may reconsider. Capable of making interest payments? The lowered dividend on this bond offer versus my last profit share actually makes it so the expected total payout is very similar to the previous offering. Timeline is acceptable, partial collateral is minor but a plus. A diverse set of things you're trying to do. Obvious things people are going to yell about in the next 20 posts will be: an audit, your time investments + RL commitments, whether or not your corp mate investors are real, and probably something about you being Reithe (if YGR is around). So you might want to address those sooner than not.

It would have been a nightmare to try and keep track of what was mine and what was part of the profit share. Woulda had to wait a few more weeks to close out everything and this lp stuff is nuts, didn't want to wait and miss out, bought 850k so far tonight and no sign of slowing down.

Since this morning alone I have purchased 750k amarr lp (1500m in item and lp costs) 90k Republic Fleet lp (180m in items and lp cost) 500k republic fleet lp (~1050m in items and lp cost) 143k amarr lp 69k caldari lp Also have emails waiting from 60k caldari lp 250k assorted lp 200k guristas lp 54k fed navy lp 90k ammatar lp 175k Fed navy 407k republic fleet Since this morning I have sold (roughly) 500 amarr crystals 200k republic fleet ammo and 6 or 7 hard-wires worth a combined 1300m or so Although the sales aren't keeping up with the purchases, they are proceeding nicely and offer stellar profits on each and every item. I have also been able to increase my offer price for lp as I became more established and confident and my spreadsheets more extensive. the amount of lp available for my purchase is growing exponentially at the moment with no signs of slowing down. In fact, I really need to go eat some lunch :-P As such, I anticipate large inventory buildup which require large amounts of capital. Thus the large jump. Its a market that offers great potential but some large capital outlays.

Its a market that offers great potential but some large capital outlays. Never underestimate the lazyness of players. I cashed in 700k lp on my alt last week with Ender at 900k/lp. You'd think someone reading this forum might have a tad more business savey, but unless you go down the route of navy ships, it can be quite a lengthy process to cashout lagre quantities of LP. (admitedly there was a cash out option with implants) Ender basically offers a nice lazy way to get isk. You could do research, being items, convert, take to a hub, play the .01isk game etc etc...or you could have Ender turn up and 20m later you have isk in your hand and you are back killing Zor again. As much as mission runners claim the isk/h isn't that high, unless you've got second accounts and alts, the opportunity cost to cash out LP can be quite high. I've even heard stories of players sitting on the 4+ million LP as they "don't have time" or "it's not worth cashing in" I think this is a money spinner for now, but once the copycats start, it'll lose a chunk of it's profitability. But by then we'll have our interest and iskies back (hopefully ;) ) I suppose this must be my sig. I'll do something cool with it eventually.

The lp redemption program was wildly successful. Generating maybe 50-100% return on average for each isk spent. It was very heavily capital intensive and needs a trader presence in every major market hub and online availability to meet with sellers. It is my opinion though, as I have previously detailed, that macroer's only significantly effect implants and ship markets due to velocity of sales. As such I had fairly free reign in the faction ammo, hardwires, etc markets which are continually under-supplied. Jita runs out of popular variants in these fields routinely and spotting those spikes easily allows for temporary 3-5k isk/lp profits if your speadsheets are continually updated. I intend to provide a few friends with my current spreadsheets so you may see variants crop up. The business certainly has way more potential than even I demonstrated.

This was why I was willing to invest (i'd have slotted in 15B if Ender hadn't put a limit on it :p) There was always the risk of copycats getting on board, but I felt that the large amount of isk capital required would prevent them getting a foothold and by the time anyone lese did, Ender would have been well known and established. I could see this business model working very well if 4 or 5 people got together to do it. More players able to gather the LP, greater time zone coverage & less pressure on the single person. If you still remember your best clients Ender, you could sell that list on for easy money. I suppose this must be my sig. I'll do something cool with it eventually.
