In the case of my sudden incapacitation, Ulecese is authorized to repay investors 20% of their initial investment from this amount, regardless of interest payments made prior to disappearance. This will be on his own schedule depending on when he has available funds and in no case is he authorized to make payments prior to October 20th without my written approval. Restrictions 1.) Investors may only receive a return of their isk ahead of schedule after a 25% penalty for early withdrawal (unless it is within 1 day of the month's interest payment in which case a 15% penalty will be assessed) This is necessary due to the huge penalty for liquidation of assets by selling to buy pricing. Late Payment All invested funds must be received by Sunday July 19th at 21:00 GMT. Each day the payment of funds is late will result in 1/30th of the interest rate/month being subtracted from the payout and may result in a replacement being found. Likewise if I am late paying interest I will pay a 0.5% bonus rate for every day payment is late. Capable of making interest payments? The lowered dividend on this bond offer versus my last profit share actually makes it so the expected total payout is very similar to the previous offering. Timeline is acceptable, partial collateral is minor but a plus. A diverse set of things you're trying to do. Obvious things people are going to yell about in the next 20 posts will be: an audit, your time investments + RL commitments, whether or not your corp mate investors are real, and probably something about you being Reithe (if YGR is around). So you might want to address those sooner than not.

It would have been a nightmare to try and keep track of what was mine and what was part of the profit share. Woulda had to wait a few more weeks to close out everything and this lp stuff is nuts, didn't want to wait and miss out, bought 850k so far tonight and no sign of slowing down.
