Ebedar	Posted - 2004.09.28 12:32:00 - [31] Managed to get all the new learning skills except Clarity, which somone decided to buy across 2 regions (Sinq Laison/Everyshore) and mark up. I can wait. Thing that annoyed me most was that I could have bought the skill at NPC price but for some reason my purchase didn't go through... twice. My life in pictures:

So that the people who got lucky and got on server first get to buy up the whole frigging supply. Why should there be limited access to skillbooks, wtf is the point, i fail to see it. I get why BPOs and components and such are limited, but this is just lame.
