So, i am bored at work (so I can't check contracts) doing a little EFT warrioring and suddenly thought does this module actually exist in the game as I haven't seen any fits using them?
Pithum A-Type Medium Shield Booster
I was reading the forums a few weeks ago and someone was saying that medium complex boosters didn't exist as they weren't properly seeded in the game, is this correct or are they available on contracts like the small, large and XL ones?

Pithum A-Type for sale
Something not being on contracts is not necessarily a sign of it being unavailable in the game. There are several A-type mods that are very rare drops.
Also it's possible that the reason you don't see many fits using Pithum A-Type Medium Shield Booster is because it's pretty overkill for a non-battleship PVE ship, and at 1bn+ (if that thread is anything to go by) you'd have to be pretty pimp to use it in PVP. Pithum C-Types on the other hand drop fairly regularly and "only" cost 400m.
You're right that there are some mods (Corpii/Centum/Corelum/Corpum/Coreli B-Types spring to mind) that exist in EFT but don't exist in game purely because Serpentis 6/10 plexs don't currently spawn.

Put one on my CNR just a few days ago after finally saving up. That plus a Pith-A Shield Boost Amp, and a Low-grade Cyrstal Epsilon gets me 344.28 shield every 3.00s for 56.4GJ of cap.
Not quite cap stable in my CNR with it, but running everything my cap lasts 41m or so, so good enough!

an CCC II and 2x Rigor rigs and cap skills @ 5 should make it cap stable

I have a Pithum A-Type as well and the hp/cap is just excellent.

Ive only got 3.8m SP, so other things take priority atm over getting cap stable, when 48m is good enough =P

Sort of taking the OPs message OT a bit now!
My 3.8m SP are pretty much a direct line thru flying a Drake and onto the Raven, with just a few deviations.
I run L4 missions a lot, using my 2nd acct on my other PC to loot/salvage as I go.
Anything that isnt meta3/4 gets reprocessed and the minerals sold.
The meta3/4 get taken to Jita once a week and dumped on buy orders.
That alone makes some decent money.
I also do exploration sites, and have had some very lucrative escalations.
All of that, and coupled with the fact that I work from home, and spend most of my day on teleconferences paying little attention, means that I get thru quite a lot of missions.

One up in Jita on contract for 1.7b
So yes it exists, but seems quite uncommon!
