I don't know what battleships u guys fight, but a medium T2 rep comes nowhere near repairing enough for 2-3 BS where I hunt, even though i use 3 hardners.
If I drop into a decent 3 BS spawn 2x named L repairers on auto don't repair fast enough.
A L smartbomb has saved my hide many times too. About 50% of frigs circle within 5k.
Dropping 2x megapulse for 2x dual heavy pulse lets u fit the 2x L reps. I have 2x good named dual heavies, they're cheap to buy and the top end ones give u a similar range and DOT to a megapulse.
At the end of the day though everyone has different tactics and loadouts, no one way is best..

2xAccomodation L armour repairer, 2xN-type Hardners (named armour hardners are out at last ), 1xPDU II, 3xCap Relays.
10xPreator Heavy Drones
With this setup I have had no problem with any spawn so far, plus the web means I can take down the web/scramble frigs or close range cruisers quickly.

Just curious if anyone that has already posted hunts guristas? As well as have you had any problems with your drones hitting the frigs even while webbed?

I hunt sanshas, 2 thermal and 1 em hardener. I can tank 2 overlords(1mil) and a tyrant(1.5) mil without any problems with the medium repairer running, and bursting the large accomodation from time to time. On the other hand i met 3 beast lords(500k) and a tyrant once, and they ate my armor just like that, then again i went in without my tungsten plate, never had a chance.
Never hunted large guristas, but my wasps have no problems with 12k-25k interceptors.

I see people that claim to warp in at 15 km and blast everything apart with Mega Pulses...but how do you deal with Frigates exactly? With drones exclusively? Can't seem to be able to hit anything with my Large turrets and they usually stay away from the firing range of a Smartbomb. Would fitting a web be a good idea then? Deploying drones all the time just seems so much less efficient than using missiles...
