I found out on how to get in on T2 BPO's....
1. Farm ISK or buy lots of GTC's and sell them for ISK. Obtain enough ISK to buy T2 BPO's (very important!)
2. Find T2 BPO owner to sell you his T2 BPO, or visit sell order forums for T2 BPO sellers.
3. Purchase T2 BPO from BPO owner.
4. ???
5. Profit!
With this information, everybody can now join the T2 BPO club!

Tech 2 bpo's suck. They are the worst investment you can ever go for. Simply they are horrible. Trust me.
Stick with invention, that is where the money is. If someone wants to sell you a tech 2 bpo tell them, "no thanks!" and send them to me. I'll buy that stinking piece of crap off their hands

Just FYI, here is the information on how T2 BPO's were obtained during the lottery:
1. Pay for two or three accounts with real money: $30-$45 per month down the drain.
2. Train all three character slots on each account for R&D agents.
3. Spend months grinding standings for each alt, and obtain R&D agents.
4. Wait for months, checking EVE mail on each alt daily, praying for a success.
5. After many months, you get a worthless T2 BPO that produces something no one wants. You cry.
6. Manage to make some very modest profit, until invention is released, and then watch your market vaporize.
7. Sell T2 BPO for what seems like a lot of money, until you realize it took over a year and several hundred real dollars to make half the isk you could have made if you just grinded level 4 missions for the same time.
Honestly, the vast majority of T2 BPO's suck. I haven't produced from any of my T2 BPO's in over a year. I make all of my isk with invention and production of a few select items.
As far as the whole "farm isk" rant goes, don't be insulting. Just because you're not rich, doesn't mean the people who are, cheat.

If you do it right, you get your invested money back when you sell the BPO, possibly even a little more if you have good dealer skillz. The bigger question would be: What was the percentage return on your investment? Was it really enough to warrant putting billions of ISK into the asset?
