When you get one Ryctor I recommend that you do not use it since pre-patch fitted ships are now considered a exploit.

WOw you need to get your damn staff on the same page then because I petitioned before I posted this add and was told that it was not an exploit.

My understanding was that as long as it was loaded pre patch it wasn't an exploit. Guess thats not correct?
And just a question, with the ammo auto-reload feature now, do cruise reload if fired? or are these things one shot deals for ganking only?

I had my taranis replaced after it got insta ganked by a cm using BB. And that was around 1 to 2 months ago.

If you have Kestrels with cruise missiles then it's not an exploit, unless you use them, in which case it is. However, if you buy a Kestrel with cruise missiles it is an exploit, unless the GM's Magic 8 ball says it isn't on that day. Having said that, using a Kestrel with cruise missiles isn't an exploit if used with the intent to fire light missiles and you forget it has cruise loaded, or on any day that has a T in the name.
If someone drops a Kestrel with cruise missiles into your hangar and you use it, you will be banned and your assets will be stripped.
I hope that clears everything up.

So I could theoretically do a trade and have forgotten that the ship was loaded with CMs or torps, and there would be no grounds for exploit?

Interesting, I know of a LOT of people who have used these ships post patch in combat and scored kills, and I know of a lot of trading of cruise prepatch ships...
I'm curious how Ebedar knows buying one is an exploit, I'm also curious how Ebedar knows the exact penalty for using one. Is that on the first offense? Assets stripped?

Hmm, according to GM Waffle and GM Flip-flop using pre-loaded cruise missiles are an ebil sploit.
I love finding stuff like this out on market threads, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I just hope that GM Clueless, GM Ineptitude, and GM Incompetence got the memo too.
