can't believe people say warp to 0 was a good thing. it has removed the biggest opportunity for non consensual pvp. it may as well be a dual system like wowo or some other mmo cos there really arent that many times when you have to fight. this change made me sad.
1)skill queue 2)trinity gfx 3)weapon grouping 4)align to 5)wormholes

Better way to keep gate PVP IMO is allowing some kind of blocking of the gate - so that if you want to PVP at a gate you can, and if the gate's going to be clear anyways then people can pass right on through. Because fact is, WTZ is a godsend for anyone who spends significant time in a Freighter or other slow ship.

5. Jump clones - kinda semi useless with its 24 hour cool down thing but your just not a grown up eve player without them.
4. Trinty Graphics - Pretty things to shoot at!
3. Probing improvements - Thank god that someone at CCP realized that the chance based system SUCKED!
2. The Orca - Seriously, no ship in Eve is so perfect for what it does and can be used for. For the love of god CCP, DO NOT CHANCE THIS SHIP.
1. Skill Que - Everyone with a life rejoyce! On an unrelated note, Kneel before Zod! |

That being said, I have done some research on the additions added to the game in EVE's Expansions. Apparently, a LOT of changes have been made (which is good, considering this game is 6 years old), and I am curious what are all of you guys top 5 favorite additions to the game?
1. Skill Que System - Not having specific times in the back of my mind that I need to log in to maximize my skill training time is great for me, as I am a bit of a min-maxer.
2. Improved Tutorials - As I said I'm a noobie. When I first tried this game about a year ago, the bad tutorials, steep learning curve, and "pressure" (I guess that's what you would call it) of always having a skill training turned me off. The new tutorials are great, explain most of the games basic functions, and put you into a respectable mission ship, and industrial ship, by the end of it. It was enough to get me over that initial confusion, and "hook" me.
3. Exploration Changes - AFAIK, the old exploration system sounded pretty bad. I started playing apparently only 2 weeks or so after the change, and I am glad I did as I really enjoy the way it currently is.
4. Tech III/Wormholes - While at the moment, Tech III is just beginning, it is a genuinely cool idea. Plugging different subsystems together to build ships is pretty awesome, and I like that you can be involved in its manufacturing process both solo or in a group. Also since WH space is so random in nature, its nice that the casual player can still be part of it, while no matter who you are there is always a sense of risk. For me, I'm part of a 0.0 alliance, and through Intel channels and watching local, I generally feel either 100% safe, or aware of the risk. I never feel caught off guard. In WH's that risk is always present, both to soloers and people trying to live there.
5. Graphics Improvements - After seeing screenshots of the past and then playing with the current graphics, WOW what a difference. A great improvement, and keeps the game fresh instead of slowly becoming less desirable like other good, but not updated, MMOs like Dark Age of Camelot. A great game, but it just feels old.
List your favorites! As you can see I am very impressed with Apocrypha, but I am sure some of you older players have much different views on this.
