ccp should make it so that nobody can anchor pos in WH. it is just not possible to kill those without hanging there couple days and wait for timer and that is what makes em so hard to kill.. and as i gathered it ccp didnt even want it to be that every ****ing wh system is full of pos. so please fix that.

Why do you need to kill a WH POS? It's not hurting your Sov status or anything... ___________________________________________

More than half the WH's I go to are entirely empty of anyone or Pos's. So where do you get you 'every WH system full of POS?'
It may be the rank of the WH though, I tend to go to 1-3 but maybe for a POS 4+ would be chosen.

POS's are like that to begin with. You want to complain about something look at trying to take a POS down in high sec without any hope for dreadnaught support. On an unrelated note, Kneel before Zod! |

If you want to take over a WH, pop down a POS of your own, anchor a XL assembly, haul in parts for a dread, build it there and siege any other tower not running off quick enough.
If you don't want to take over the system, what do you care about the POSes anchored there anyway. -------- Ideas for: Mining

well i think it was not even intended by ccp to anyone put up pos in WH. i think they even said that they did not want wh space to be permanently colonized. so there.

If they didn't want it, they would have forbidden it. They never said they don't want people put up a POS in wh space, they just said they designed the system in a way that does not make permanent settlement more profitable than roaming and exploiting. Hence the lack of ice, the lack of moon materials and the lack of spawns. -------- Ideas for: Mining

And like a lot of people know , wormholes hubs are just designed like that , not profitable for setteling.

Got link?
Anyway... if you're not permanently setting in a WH, why do you care if there's a POS there?
Are the mean ol' miners safeing up at their nasty POS?

Hmmm, that was in a replay to a query about exploration respawn rates. Note that he said "working as intended", despite the fact the POS were discussed in the question.

Ooohh.. Ain't you tough! You took on a whole SMALL POS that had NO GUNS.. must have made your epeen grow at least an inch.. what's that now.. 2 inches? Doin' well bud
Guess you needed the kill to get your KB score up a bit, must suck to have minus points lol
Oh, and OP.. how is a POS in WH space bothering you? Annoyed that you spent 5 minutes scanning down a WH only to find the complexes inside had been run? Setting up and maintaining a POS in WH space takes some considerable effort for a small corp. Don't like it? Move on to the next system and scan for another WH!

You sound so weakminded that I just feel the need to tell you, that Posguns dont need to be killed since they stop shotting after loosing Armor...

I did find 10 wormhole systems in a row with POS's in once, but I don't know how people got 'more then half of wormholes have no POS'
I would say 2 in every 3 wormholes I've visited has a POS and I've visited over 100.
Maybe that's because those tend to be the entry systems tied to known space, when there are deeper systems that only link to other parts of unknown space?

Little known fact. All dev browsers have a filter installed that nukes all threads with the text 'CCP' in the subject line.

Most likely. I know I camp out in the 'Dangerous wormspace', and I rarely ever get direct connections to low/high sec. They're mostly null and regular wormspace.
CCP may not have intended for semi-permanent settlements in wormspace, seeing as POSs are not permanent, but you try hauling that Gas/Ore out. Much easier to compile it all in a POS, then move it all out in 1 go, or even use it to manufacture stuff. --- The Gate: Lol, try targeting me in a fleet fight. The Station: No U. |
