I was once in a system that Tank CEO was rumoured to have been in several weeks earlier!
I also once saw him type something in help channel, though I didn't speak to him as I was in awe but I did get very excited and peed my underwear.

I saw him only once, many months ago. His Raven appeared on a belt where I was hunting. As I was fairly noobish for low sec space I hadn't checked local, and didn't known that a Raven in a belt probably wasn't a NPC hunter, as sure as hell wasn't a miner either. So I lost a few precious seconds before seeing he was a pirate, and by that time he was MWDing toward me.
I barely managed to escape him.
Tank CEO is one of the very few that I consider as a real, honorable pirate...

I killed him repeatedly the other day...
He finally begged me to stop and hid in a station till I left

i raced in his qualifier. good fun chasing that bright red circle pretty much the whole race.
the best part was at the end, there was two race hosts guarding him at the finish protecting his bounty for him. Glad to see they tried to have a safe race for all contestants.
they had manuevered each host directly beside tank facing opposite directions. they couldn't get much closer or it would have been the ship on ship humping thing.
just when i noticed and "looked at" to get a nice screeny of it......tank hit orbit and ruined an epic photo.
Great race tho, that was close whole way thru.
boy that would be a shame if the gaming commission decided envoke sanctions to ban all CA members from continued racing in this event due to the smartbomb attack.
i bet life for that gallente terrorist would become very difficult if that happened.
dang, with my 4th i just might get in the final yet.

I see tank all the time in Ostingelle (sp?) Near the Syndicate region. 1 jump from harroule system. Every time I pass through that system he is there. He gate camps in his raven. Locked me once, but I got away. Fun to see people scatter though when he comes in.
Edit: Some more specific directions to his location added. BTW, this is info for the past 2 weeks or so. I have not seen him for 4 days as I have not been on.

CoC are overrated. atleast some PvP'ers don't need 3 alts in scorps to sensor/cap boost the bejesus out of their mains.
