him and daak were in vale looking for dread NPCs, they were after an XL dread shield..

As I was fairly noobish for low sec space I hadn't checked local, and didn't known that a Raven in a belt probably wasn't a NPC hunter, as sure as hell wasn't a miner either. So I lost a few precious seconds before seeing he was a pirate, and by that time he was MWDing toward me.
I barely managed to escape him.
Tank CEO is one of the very few that I consider as a real, honorable pirate...

i raced in his qualifier. good fun chasing that bright red circle pretty much the whole race.
the best part was at the end, there was two race hosts guarding him at the finish protecting his bounty for him. Glad to see they tried to have a safe race for all contestants.
they had manuevered each host directly beside tank facing opposite directions. they couldn't get much closer or it would have been the ship on ship humping thing.
just when i noticed and "looked at" to get a nice screeny of it......tank hit orbit and ruined an epic photo.
Great race tho, that was close whole way thru.
boy that would be a shame if the gaming commission decided envoke sanctions to ban all CA members from continued racing in this event due to the smartbomb attack.
i bet life for that gallente terrorist would become very difficult if that happened.
dang, with my 4th i just might get in the final yet.

I see tank all the time in Ostingelle (sp?) Near the Syndicate region. 1 jump from harroule system. Every time I pass through that system he is there. He gate camps in his raven. Locked me once, but I got away. Fun to see people scatter though when he comes in.
Edit: Some more specific directions to his location added. BTW, this is info for the past 2 weeks or so. I have not seen him for 4 days as I have not been on.

Yes I'm clearly a noob since beta.
I haven't fought Tank CEO so I can't say if he's **** or good. I'm told he's good so ok.. he's good.
The only time I have encountered Tank CEO in space was in Vitrauze, he just killed a battleship from my corp in a mining operation, I warped in my Dominix to the belt to engage him, he mwd away from me in his Raven, too fast for me and then he left.
I tried to track him down but didn't catch him and he left local.
That's the full dull story of my sole encounter with Tank CEO. He didn't gain points on that encounter but he was just being smart I guess since we had 3 other pilots in local, although they had their mining setups on.
Him calling me a boy in evemail just now and your reactions are laughable.
I'm sure he could wtfpwn me if we meet again, I got quite a few non-pvp skills trained up while I gather he's all-pvp.
But I'm not licking his boots because he's the main pod-killer in EVE... unlike some.
TANK CEO = probably one of the best
but he still ran from me

Him calling me a boy in evemail just now and your reactions are laughable.
I'm sure he could wtfpwn me if we meet again, I got quite a few non-pvp skills trained up while I gather he's all-pvp.
But I'm not licking his boots because he's the main pod-killer in EVE... unlike some.

About Tank: I've seen him twice.
First time was when his corp declared war on the corp I'm in, so he could try and gank us in Goinard. War was retracted without a shot fired.
Second time was when he came by our 0.0 home. Yep, he was outnumbered as heck, so no wonder he took off. Still, dual mwd'ing and carrying warp core stabs is not something you expect one with such a reputation, but again, I suppose that was the smart thing. So he ran off. Big deal.
2 days later an alliance member 1on1'ed him, Apoc vs Raven. Ended up beating him around, and by the time the pod got warpscrambled, he was cheering. The he saw TankCEO log off. He wasted the pod, and now has a TankCEO corpse, but Tank still has his bounty. Very lucky time to accidentally crash out of EVE, imo.
All in all, yeah, sure, he's prolly good at what he does. And there are a a good handful of pirates out there who are also good at what they do, so what's the point of this thread?

Secondly, I dont carry warp core stabs, the only time I have ever put on a warp core was when they first came out and that was only for a week and then I trashed em. They prove to be not good when I use my setup. Nor do I need them. For the times when i went to goinard, I only had 1 mwd on, and as I recall, I was the attacker blowing you people up. Then if needed, which this may of been the case after I blew some of your battleships up, you guys went and camped the gates, so for me to get out, well hell, I needed 2 mwd's.
As far as losing 1v1 to a apoc, I dont know WHAT the hell are you talking about... I have never, ever, died to a apoc in my raven on tranqulity. The only ship I have ever lost too in a 1v1 was a megathron.

I haven't run into Tank in a long, long time.
If I remember correctly it was shortly after Beta, Tank and his wingman (I'm embarrased I don't remember his name) were doing a bit of hunting in Penirgman. Flying a pair of Rifters.
I decided to hunt them, and although we had a very interesting conversation, I never could quite catch them in my Punisher.

Just to get this straight: Pretty much nothing happened in Goinard. Far as I recall, after all, this is well over 6 months ago, Dark Cartel declared war on us, then a week passed, then the war was retracted. So no, the dual MWD setup was not back then.

Are you quite sure you're not TankCEO? it's odd, because I could have sowrn you were 2 different persons. And afaik, unless the pilot was outright lying, he did down TankCEO. *shrugs* I can see if he wants to dig up the killmail. The pilot in question was The Red...who is now a pirate, sadly enough.

3: Please verify if you are TankCEO posting under the name of Daakkon, might clear up some discrepancies. Try looking up The Red, I believe he's part of Mercenary Forces. Unless he lied to us back then, he engaged Tank in MHC-R3, and downed him there.

Well because of the high volume of puppets in CA, i dont see a reason why tank wouldnt open fire on one of them considering "some" tend to act brave and stupid in front of big players to show there braveness...
for example, when i was in biomass, i noticed some puppets lock u and test there guns on you and say "i was just testing" phrase...yes its old...
Besides, tank makes CA look good and followed by others aswell, why the reason why hes still in? Well i dont know but flame me if i'm wrong

The charachter "Tank CEO" is still around but it is NOT the original player who started the account. I know this for sure. The charachters skills will still be high, but in a PvP battle, your chances have recently increased due to the inexperience of the new "player".

You're sure? Quaint. I don't recall being in JQA, and I'm fairly certain they'd be surprised if I was as well. So, what reliable sources did you get that from?
On a sidenote: The majority of CA pilots I've run into have been camping, so the way it usually goes is that their camp is disbanded. Doesn't mean we are at war with CA, but if they transgress, then it goes as it goes.
