Dhuras	Posted - 2009.08.02 02:49:00 - [1] today, at approximately 10:00 am PST, I was warp jammed, webified and attacked leaving a station in Kakakela, a 1.0 system. While my shields on my drake were quickly depleted, CONCORD did not respond in anyway, so I am forced to look for someone else to aid me. I need someone to help me destroy A DEATH. he is VERY well armed, and I will be unable to compensate you well, but please reply with a bid on his head. if I can afford it, I'll let you know. also, I will be able to provide battle support, and a corp member or two may also be able to help. And if anyone can answer why CONCORD didn't do jack, please explain...

You previously killed him and now he has kill rights on you. You took from his can within the last 15 minutes. He killed you before CONCORD arrived "although I highly doubt it"

So it must have been one of the other reasons. OP, there are some limiting factors in how others can help you. They can't just shoot the guy until he globally flags himself. Unless he's already started shooting you, AND that act was illegal, then he'll have to flag himself to your support through committing one of the acts on that list. Alternatively you can hire someone to war dec his corp, if he has one.

Well something is not right, I highly doubt they guy is going to suicide an Ishtar, and as it's a drone boat I think it would be even worse as when you suicide gank someone in hi-sec your drones immediately stop working I think. Between 16:19 and 16:53 they killed 2 Drakes and a Golem so I thinking that they are either can baiting at station or they took from your can when you were doing a mission and then you opened fire. The chance of them finding some uber concord proof exploit is very slim I would think and if you think they have done anything untoward then petition, giving as much detail to the GM as possible. Dhuras	Posted - 2009.08.02 13:16:00 - [12] yeah, one of the drakes he killed must have been mine, but SERIOUSLY! no cans were flipped, I exited a station to the weep-weep noise of being targeted. after I was in my pod he was starting to be attacked by 2 other players... not concord. also his drones were working.

Get Out Obviously people can shoot you in hisec without you even doing anything wrong, it's just you cos concord doesn't like your face. People have told you what must have happened and you deny doing anything wrong, you been told to petition if you're sure that it was a bug yet you do nothing. If that can happen, then concord NOT turning up is also possible. *Let My People Go*
