Just when I thought I had seen the furthest depths of human stupidity, along comes this. I didn't think such a thing was possible.

Some useful information for your future life with the Skeleton Crew.

First, what we will examine below, in excruciating detail, is that no matter how good your individual security may be at the corp level, Panysufan has mortaged all of your futures by continually ignoring the security of the alliance. In short, whatever you do does not matter, your hard work and isk will be undone will be wasted, just as ours was.

Let's begin with the formation of the alliance. We poured lots of isk and risk into building up our pocket, which we were paying rent for. But the alliance began to crumble. The first signs of poor leadership was the FC'ing by Pants involving dropping caps on a tower with no support and keeping the siege green even when enemy super pilots began logging in and a red in local. The KB continued to bleed due to poor fitting enforcement, poor training and other reasons. Each day it seemed there was a new CTA, a new plan, no direction, no execution, just fail.

This began to attract some unsavory characters, who joined the alliance and spammed that we were going to lose the space, gimme all your stuff, Ill keep it safe and so on. Half the alliance left and a few badguys made off with billions of holding corp assets. Keep in mind Pants recruited them into the holding corp and gave them roles.

The next straw was recruiting someone else into the holding corp, with no background check or API check, who had been in 38 corps in 1 year, an obvious spy/awoxer. The next day he tackled a -A- renter Rorqual and lit a cyno for a gang who killed it, doing 5 bil in dmg to -A-. Pants still owes -A- for this Rorqual.

Next a coalition was formed so the KB would turn green. This worked, but SKEL only had 1 or 2 ships per fleet, and it was obvious that Pants was riding the coatails of everyone else. This and the failed diplo with Brick Squad cuased a lot of attrition, no more 50 in fleet on TS.

Numerous mails were sent and conversations had about how things were being neglected from a security perspective. Even -A-'s infield security chief had some concerns which were brought to the alliance. Nothing changed except we were all told we were moving.

While we understand the alliance is run as a dictatorship, the work we had put in, the plan the vision that was sold to us as to where, what and how the alliance was, was pulled out from under us by the very same leader who in his own words is consumed by greed. We lost billions, for doing what we were asked to do, and offered no reparations.

Here is where you should grab a tissue and a stuffed animal.

Looking for compensation, we found some low-hanging fruit left dangling in the breeze by Pants. We began by offlining and unanchoring the iHubs in all systems in the DZ6 area. We freightered these back to Dz6, they are now on the market for sale. We had a toon in the holding corp for some time with full roles, sound familiar?

We then created a fresh alt to give all of you fair warning via mail, as we really didnt harbor any ill-will to anyone except Pants for breaking his commitments to us. Sadly, very few followed the warning, choosing instead to believe the CEO had been hacked.

Obelisk on scan, local = 0 hmm. We find Pants' freighter floating in a POS. One of our pilots simply grabbed it and went to DZ6, took the moon goo (was only 1 bil, not the 20 bil he reported) and repacked the freighter for sale there. To be clear, the POS was not locked down at all, and the ship was floating in space. If it had been locked down, he would have gotten his stuff back on petition. Johan was right. Pants repsonse, lock down all POS towers until someone gives it back! lol.

Despite the full POS lockdown, we offlined a Large Shadow tower with the holding corp toon and hauled it out. We didnt have roles to pack the mods, so we flew around and found a few random nuets to come shoot them. Check the KB for all the stuff that went boom. You don't want to know what was in those POS mods when they got blown up by the Stain raiding party. Billions of isk worth of holding corp assets, gone.

Pants did nothing after the first night where he lost the large faction tower, he was too deer-in-headlights to manage any response. So we came back the next night and took down 3 large and 2 medium towers, Those of you that were using alliance towers, lost all your ships and loot in the process. The Stain guys were good enough to come through and pop all the mods on those as well the 2nd night.

Next we attacked and killed the newest member of the holding corp ratting in an Abby. Not suprisingly, she emoraged about blue on blue *********. We rationalized our actions by identifying her as the person who took the iHubs. Pants saw she had roles to unanchor stuff so this allegation made sense. What he didnt realize is that we used our toon with rights in the holding corp to grant this girl her own rights, and Pants never checked the log. Instead, he claimed his PC had been hacked (lol) and wasted more time and resources petitoning CCP for what was his own mistake. The innocent Abby pilot not only lost her ship, but was also booted from corp. Why he was recruitng randoms again into his holding corp we have no idea.

Next, mails from DED began to pour in to all members about losing sov in all the systems (we offlined the TCUs and hauled those out as well) people started to panic. Another mail went out from our new alt saying it was over, get out, etc...timed to coincide with the arrival of the notifications about lost sov. Some of you ignored even this 2nd warning, choosing instead to have another glass of the Pants kool-aid. Other more prudent pilots/corps started to tear down POS'es, sermonize in the alliance chat that in fact it was "all over" and "the end is nigh". Pants was so broke at this point, he wasn't able to get iHubs back or TCUs online in the DZ6 area. Given that, you still moved with him out to X-6.

Mildly indifferent about our loot thus far, we were just about to leave the alliance when Pants asks if we would mind moving the alliance. First he has us pickup his final nest-egg from some random nul system where he had about 750k m3 of warchest, including more TCU's, SBUs, and another large faction tower, T3's etc. He also asked us to move stuff for the entire alliance, and send a mail about it. You may have read it.

We have now picked up over 60 contracts, most quite large. After taking a peek past the shrink wrap, it appears to be every ship, module, POS, BPO, drone, mineral, criminal dogtag, faction loot, and copy of Pax Amarria that the alliance owned, except a few caps you jumped out yourself and a few ships you died in on the way to the new home. There were many T3's and faction fit ships. It took us over 50 round trips in our group of JFs and carriers to move it all, it was a LOT of stuff.

Okay, so those of you who set up couriers that Pants asked you to, are wondering what has become of your stuff. You know that song "Destination Calabria" by Christal Waters where she sings "...destination unknown!"... Well, the good news is the desitnation is not unknown. The bad news is, the destination is Jita 4-4. A lot of alts were used to haul your stuff to Jita all weekend, which is why it has taken us so long to deal with the contracts.

We could have obviously kept this going forever, but we felt we had enough isk from Pants to cover our losses, and also everyone be given full visibilty as to why we did this, but also most importantly, understand if we did not do these things, somebody else would have. Johan was right, it was all preventable and Pants brought this down on you.

Who was involved from our side? All we have is this picture from a security camera in the DZ6 station of one of our JF pilots as he took a courier from Pants DZ6-SecCam 5-25

Ok, I have had several ask me about how to set up the contracts to courier items from DZ6 to the new home and such.

Please note there is about 1 day remaining on the window where we will accept couriers for free. so get your contracts in now. After that, we charge.

We will also move stuff from Amarr and Thakala (lowsec) to X-6 so you may contract couriers from there as well. The only supported desitnation is X-6.

Here is step by step:

Step 1, go to your asset list, pull up the Dz6, Amarr, or Thakala station (or your asset hangars if you are a director in your corp and are shipping corp assets), and select from the list using shift or ctrl to highlight multiple assets for courier service. Right click these selected assets and choose "create contract". This will bring up the contract wizard.

Step 2, On the first screen of the wizard, choose "courier", and then at the bottom of this screen, choose "private". In the text field type Kicking Smurfs. When you press next, it will validate the name of the corp for you.

Step 3, On the next screen you will see a list of all the assets in that system, with a check box for each item. If you have already selected the tiems from your asset list, you can click next. Or you could choose to check other items or uncheck items. You will see in the bottom right corner "number of items". This must be below 200 per contract, or you will be told you have too many items selected. If you do, dont worry, just uncheck some and create another contract for the rest. If you have ships or cans with stuff in them (like ammo in a cargo hold), you will get a warning for each that you are shipping a 'non empty' container, this is normal, click ok. You may also be promted for large volume of m3, click ok to these messages as well.

Step 4 is the 3rd page of the wizard, where you determine where the items are going and how long we, the shipper has to complete them. In the "Ship to" field, type X-6W and then hit the search button, it will bring up only 1 possible match, the station in X-6WC7. leave the "reward" and "collateral" field empty. Set "Expiration" to 3 days from the drop down menu, and "days to complete" to 4. you may enter a description if you like, such as Dio make me a sammich.

Step 5 is to complete the wizard and finalize the courier contract. you wil be presented with a summary screen, showing pickup, destination, expiration, and cost. Note, CCP charges a paltry 10k isk per contract you setup. Review the info and if you are happy with it, press "Finish".

If anyone botches the contracts after such clear detail, Ill assume you are trolling.
