As my previous thread had too many ideas with too little response, I've narrowed it down to this one basic principle I and perhaps many others would like to see.
We are able to convert cash to Game Time Codes. We can then convert the Game Time Codes into Pilot's Licence Extension which when used, add an extra 30 days of game time to your account.
The premise is basically as simple as the topic subject - the 100% bonus to trianing speed mechanic is available in-game already, available only to new characters upto 1.6 million skill points. I'd like to be able to trade a 30 day PLEX to receive a 30 day bonus training speed to my account.
I'm sure this would be a relatively simple procedure given as the bonus training and PLEX structures are already in-game and I'm also sure CCP would like to receive some extra monies and the playerbase would like some faster learning.
Win-Win all round. Make it so!

No powerleveling for RL money for you, I'm afraid.
Buy a char off the forum, if you want to have a high SP char.

Your logic is flawed. You can buy a char off the forum with isk. Isk can be bought with RL money with plex. Therefore, you can buy a char off the forum with rl money.
I had the same idea a while back. Instead of just doubling the training speed for x amount of sp's, I think it would be good to be able to trade a plex for a certain training bonus with diminishing returns. That way, newer chars would have a chance of catching up to the skillpoints of older characters.

I'm well aware of that, tyvm. But: powerleveling != buying a char.
The downside of buying a char is that it is not "your" char and you don't get to choose the name. Reasonable drawback for beeing able to "advance" IG with RL money.

the guys with not enough money will have the slower chars
and
we dont pay extra for skilling becouse this is abuse of players with enough money and strengh dependency

Also the character market is a limited resource: There are only so many characters with X skillpoints and it takes time to make more. Heck, the same goes for implants.

Give everyone basic learning skills at lvl 4 (the 6 basic ones), aswell as a +1 implant set and Cybernetics lvl 1.
Then compensate older players with double training speed 'up to' the amount of SP that is spent in the 6 learning skills to lvl 4 and cybernetics lvl 1.
Problem solved, once the newbies has enough Isk they can buy the advanced learning skills (which can be trained when basic is lvl 4).

Please no. Many players already have a problem with paying for accounts with isk. Enabling players to pay for skill points with isk is too much.
