See, that's the thing, we don't want to blow stuff up for one day and then them hide. We want our isk worth for the whole week. It seems like all we get these days is maybe half a day of fighting, and then they run scared 'cause they can't hang.
So again, anyone who's got the stones to bring it, WarDec us.

At the point when you get so good in Empire that no one can take you on isn't that a sign you should be in 0.0 smashing face?
<--is not up to date on his alliance politics so he has no idea if you are already in 0.0 or not, if you are, why wardec them? If not, see above.

We noticed same thing when I was in shut up and play (merc/gank corp} . most targets either won't fight or fight till u kick their ass a few times then stay docked. Though AAA and blade both put up a fight , give those two a deccing , though expect lots of blobbing. You can laugh for days on their fittings I know I lol'ed

I have no idea how you fight, but assuming the default risk free empire pvp'er:
Stop wardeccing carebear corporations/a bunch of rookies in a corp together.
Stop wardeccing 0.0 alliances who dont give a crap about your high sec wardeccing.
Stop doing docking games everywhere you go and docking up from everything which might pose a threath.
Stop using neutral logistics alt everywhere you go because zomg, you might get killed.
I am sure there are exceptions, but in general the empire wardeccers are just sad, and not fighting them is the best thing to do.

So you're surprised? Any sane CEO of a small corp is going to check you out, then dock up, jumpclone, spread out or try and pick off individual targets after a few days. You'd have to be a complete moron to try and fight head on against an enemy you can't possibly kill.
Try heading out to lowsec or 0.0. I'm sure you'll find lots and lots of willing PvP'ers waiting for you out there.

We dont station camp (if our targets hide we go look for somerthing more fun)
We don't play "Spam the convo" game
No Nuetral remote rep, that's ghey. If we rep, they're in the corp
We don't just pick on carebears. We just war dec'd Privateers and they surrendered to us. (They out number us 5 to 1)

Don't need them, 0.0 is fun but I've noticed if you don't have a NAP network (NEOs got it down  )you are going to be severly outnumbered. We like challenges, we just haven't had the time to explore 0.0 in its full capacity. We're working on it.
We're willing to fight anyone. We go to low-sec constantly and all we see is people bringing 3+ times our numbers with capital ship support or no fights. There is no medium ground, which is unsettling. Nonetheless, we will find targets, whether its in empire, low-sec, 0.0. We figured we would broadcast our love for nice fights and that we're a dying breed in a game that as evolved into 'bring as much as possible' attitude.

I was thinking about that. EVE university seems like a logical choice but the gangs they bring sometimes makes me cringe. We like to fight outnumbered but their gangs lag out systems.

Its kinda difficult to get fights if you got a reputation of rolling premium gear and implants in dock/jumprange.
People dont like fights where they need to drop the primary in less than 30 seconds all the time to avoid deagressing and redocking shenannigans.
I'd avoid 0.0, its largely deserted, and people there are usually scared to fight random gangs if they arent sure they will win due to outnumbering them hardcore.
But wardeccing a few large empire entities, maybe informing them who you decced as well, and taking them on at a planet or something might work.
