all this fuss over rat loot in .8? good greif.
the wrongdoing of harassing a new person like that, is far worse than the best possible value (at least that I've ever heard of getting in .8) of the loot taken.
I mean 90% of the time I even bother to gather lootcans from .8 since I got out of my first frigate, it wasn't worth the time it took to fetch it. I mean at best maybe a basic overdrive or repairer. wow, <10k worth of refine value per can.

Hello ignorant one, we're talking NPC loot can here.
What exactly were you doing npc hunting in a .8 system? how many cans did you have out there, that you couldnt pick up 2 cans? example in a .8 system seriously how many npc are there in a belt 2-5 frigs. you kill them move on to next belt then were coming back for the loot or you killed them and were heading to the loot to get it. Either way, your idiots ingame. I wonder were you using BS to do this, like any .8 npc hunter would do? I mean you had to be in a BS to be so slow that you couldnt get to the last 2 cans. If you were in frigs or cruisers you woulda had more then enough speed to get to the cans. Either way your idiots ingame.
You might wanna rethink your position, seriously is it worth it. A .8 system loot can? to pay 50 mil for a n00b corpse, who will simply be reactivated in seconds. Your corp leadership sounds stupid, you can quote me on that!
I think your gonna be fun. Heres what your corp needs to do to avoid death. - 1) Pay the n00b 10 mil isk.
- 2) publicly state you're sorry for being an idiot ingame.
- 3) evemail me when your done, so I can re-adjust your standings.

i woulda gone back and took as many cargos as i could and wait till they fire one shot in that space and watch him get wtfpwned by concord.
cargo containers in space are there to be salvaged.
just like a ship on the open seas. if there aint a man manning it......take it. and if there is.......beat him to it and it's yours.

Besides, provoking the guy into shooting you in a 0.8 has entertaining consequences when the Concord gank squad shows up.

I take loot from unattended containers all the time. I never touch somebody elses secure containers, they don't even show up on my scanner.
I figure loot containers are free for the taking, unless I see the rat being killed by somebody else, then they have first dibs.
