Its Kagorsa. There was a Lady present too who was a little involved, but from further conversation I'm sure it was just a misunderstanding with her, Or he got her riled up... so I won't post her name.
In any case, I spoke to my friend out-of-game that was 'ganged' with me. (who started around 24 hours ago.) and my friend DID open a cargo container. They didn't know it was bad to open a seemingly abandoned container. Wow, go out of your way to pick fights with (and here's the funniest part) the WRONG new player, over a very minor breach of etiquette made by a different New player grouped with them, and then be unreasonable and throw threats around.

Your too young to let your guns do the talking so just ignore them. There are plenty of ppl like this so you should also get used to it if you plan on doing anything that might annoy others (like piracy).

The small handful of pirates I've convo'd with in game have received far worse eve-mails from "disgruntled customers" so I wouldn't worry about it. The only way you could really petition them is if they made RL (real life) threats upon you or actually were to act upon their threats and follow you around game making kamikazee runs at you repeatedly. The odds of which are somewhere in between 100 to 1 or someplace south freezing over. Just block em and get on with the fun.

Hmn, my mistake here may have been responding on his level, when he first started in with the flaming, I partook and responded in kind with a few lines, but gave up on that soon enough, and attempted a reasonable conversation. At first, I thought he was going to be reasonable, when I was trying to explain that I had taken nothing from any cargo container. Starting fights over nothing. But from later conversation, I think she was perhaps just in a really crabby mood, and it may have been out of character behavior.
Kag would have liked me to apologize to the female for insinuating her being a troll. But the way I see it is this... Two people gang up on me, kick me in the shins, berate me, then expect me to apologize when I say something in return? I probably should have, in retrospect. So Kag could play his silly little game. But I've never been able to bring myself to apologizing for 'shooting back' at an instigator.
Look at it this way,
You're flying along, its about your first week. Youve got a 2 day old player with you that you are teaching to play the game. (While being a noob yourself.) You're warping dartboard style to asteroid belts to look for pirates. You fly next to some cargo containers that have no one near them, and without you knowing, your two day old companion takes a peek in one. Next thing you know, Local is spammed with "come to .4 space!!!" "thief!!!" "stupid alt!!" etc etc etc. You explain that you've taken nothing, and the berating gets worse. What does it look like? Two older players picking on the new guy. I've seen this kind of crap a LOT in Lineage 2. (higher level players will try to provoke people that they know are much much weaker than they are.) As I had already explained to them, I hadn't taken anything. Why they were still berating me, I didn't know. I told the female I'd be happy to avoid her asteroid belt. I then warned other new players to avoid lest they end up getting er... textually (sic) assaulted like that.
So you see why this whole thing has me just shaking my head.
But in any case, there was a misunderstanding, some really bad communication skills on both sides, but then once all the stupidity died down and heads cooled, he just wouldn't be reasonable. I really thought we were having a reasonable conversation, towards the end, until the profanity came out. :/

And I'm positive that if you would have just said, k sry, I'm new, didn't know, won't pick up your loot again. There would have been no problem whatsoever.

There's no serious harrassment/spamming going on here at all. Sorry if I sensationalized it like that. I doubt he's breaking any TOS by threatening to blow up my boat at the first chance he gets. :) Its not like he's spamming me or having his friends spam me, not at all.

Frankly I don't give a darn about the loot. What I care about is being truthfull, you aren't, the fact that in the end you realised your wingman had indeed emptied that can, doesn't excuse your initial behavior. Taking it to the forums slandering my CEOs name is something I don't appreciate.

I take loot from unattended containers all the time. I never touch somebody elses secure containers, they don't even show up on my scanner.
I figure loot containers are free for the taking, unless I see the rat being killed by somebody else, then they have first dibs.

Kagorsa is in a belt happily doing whatever he needs to be doing. And there's some loot cans around from annoying little spawns. In warp 2 people in friggies, and cans start going poof, Kagorsa don't take kindly to thieving ( worth the bother for 0.8 spawn cans, worth a discussion perhaps but irrelevant ) and tells the thiefs off, he can get a bit aggressive doing things like this, but nothing mayor or rude, or profane. So the offending party ( the 2 pilots hello ) are told off, the one not stealing goes on a rampage about how he didn't steal etc. etc. etc. and starts complaining in a channel, this is brought to someone elses attention who devotes a eve-mail to it. 3 eve-mails come back, none of em friendly. A convo between Kagorsa and Avaryc, apparently starts off good, but Avaryc manages to **** of Kagorsa ( not easy, but he succeeded ) and in the end realises his wingman probably emptied that can.
In comes forum thread. Twisted facts, left out facts, and slandering of a guy that I consider a friend. I don't give a damn about those cans, I do give a damn about slandering someones name, name and reputation are valuable assets online. Being called a griefer when you are anything but will **** some people off.

I told you how I ticked him off in the final conversation. I was so bold as to make the suggestion that he should calmy/nicely speak to someone when he has a concern, rather than start with rudeness. That's what set him off during the "decent conversation" To that, he said something like "fword you something something" so I closed the convo.
I'm sorry, but starting off with accusations, and insisting on being rude, then threatening, that's griefing. I call it like I see it.

Give yourself and your friend 2/3 months to adjust to Eve, and then find yourself a corp that operates out of 0.0 space. People are a lot friendlier out here and we have tons of frigate cans floating everywhere that you can have without question (as we consider them to be spam).

Give yourself and your friend 2/3 months to adjust to Eve, and then find yourself a corp that operates out of 0.0 space. People are a lot friendlier out here and we have tons of frigate cans floating everywhere that you can have without question (as we consider them to be spam).

if you want to pick up cruiser and frig loot go to TPAR-G, the people are very nice and i collect loot frequently. if you die and lost something important you can ask them to kill the rats there then you can go back and take the loot can, very few people down there will ever bother to go 100m/s just to get a can 100km away especially if it is from a cruiser or frig.
but anyways, disregard what this guy said to you as you will probably never see him again, if he continues to start conversations with you then block him, and file a petition.

Right now im back lets get a few things straight here shall we .
1. I don't pick on newbs i help them and i have helped a lot ask ppl that know me im allways being told i give to much away.
2. I was there to help someone else mine i was mining and hauling with an alt this was the first time in 8 months i had mined in a 0.8 system.
3. The loot can was a jetison can which belonged to a friend of mine which had loot writen on it so if someone had clicked on it they would have seen who it belonged to which wasn't me.
4. I goto 0.0 mining and hunting alot so don't call me a carebear plus im in an aliance which helps keep ppl safe .
5. When the can was emtyed no one said a word one of them was flying a T2 frigate how ? if they were newbs.
6. I had to relog when i got back and warped into the belt i thought one of them locked me as i was using 2 pc's and bringing two chars to the belt i just glanced at the screen .There was already some arguing going on between the ppl i was with and the supposed newbs . I said don't lock me im not in the mood now go away . They were arguing about the loot can and after avaryc was rude to my friend i asked him to say sorry but he wouldn't so it went on .
