just because some comitee came up with a new more politically correct name for it, don't mean its changed any.

Daylight saving across the world
You can see on this map, that iceland does not have daylight saving time. That's why they have same time as UK in winter.. but are 1hour behind in summer. (or better said.. UK is 1hour ahead)

True but they are probably just doing what the most of the IT industry does and running their servers on UTC. Windows is a UTC based platform and Internet servers are configured for UTC as well.
