Begging for a backlash that is just not going to come any time soon because the fossil fuel of high-sec is just too soft and disorganised. It's going to take a lot more heat and consistent pressure to force the independent units of empire into a matrix that HTFU and gives back what it takes. But when it eventually does - it will be diamond and ageing nullsec entities will need to look to their boarders.
Also, pigs will have levitation implants.

Paying a bounty for a kill is nothing new or emergent. Maybe in perceived scale only.

Maybe this was addressed earlier, but search function provided no clues. Are the indefinite bounties only for T2 Exhumers? Are there any ongoing payouts for T1 Barges and Orcas? |

I can not understand why real people still mining in highsec, it's safer in 0.0 and much much more profitable. So if you really want to mine apply to any bigger 0.0 alliance tell them you are a dedicated miner and you will be in seconds. |

problem is that being safe in 0.0 involves "not going AFK" which is surely a difficult proposition for your average hisec miner eh |

Maybe but even in 0.0 you can go semi afk, you will be in a fleet with a squad or wing commander, in case of emergency he will warp you to a POS. Sure the squad and wing commander has to pay attention to intel and neuts in system but how hard is that. As a side note you can easily make any system into a mining heaven just upgrade the indu level to 4 or 5 and hidden belts will pop out like nothing even more lucrative and even more safe. |
