Seeing as how the regular mobile lab is 3, 3, 5 and is selling for 90M, I have a feeling is going to be a very popular route for epic missioners.

Especially if you compare it to an item that gives you a whopping extra 2km drone control range over the base item. Coupled with the ... dubious path you have to follow during the Gallente arc I think it's clear now that Caldari have won EVE.

Nice next to an Advanced lab, but pretty useless on its own.

Originally by: g0ggalor I made it all the way to the hacking mission. Now I need sci V and Electronic Upgrades V just to finish the ****ing mission.
As someone else said - I did this with a friend. The red ships wont agress at all.
But your friend has to hack the array AND take out the mission item, then hand it to you. Luckily after a bit of begging I had a friend come over 12 jumps ;)

I managed to get to this mission, but the one prior to it borked on me and after hacking the shipyard it just disappeared as a container. Maybe I blew it up I don't know. So I declined the mission, and now the whole arc has reset. BAH.

The Minmatar "choice for bad" reward is 141000 ISK. You have got to be ****ing kidding me. I went that path on one character thinking that perhaps there was another mission after it, nope, just a thank you.

Mission: Playing all Their Cards (Level 4 ARC, Minmatar)
I can't complete this mission since i don't have 700km2 in my cargo space (i can't fly obelisk) but agent told me to dock into station and that he'll transfer 700km2 reward to the station that i am docked in .. but sadly that doesn't happens as he requires that i meet with him personally .. so what can i do ?
Is this a bug in the system since you can't accept the award / complete the mission ??

It works if you have a freighter. I brought an Obelisk over to complete it. The GM told me they are looking into this one.

Yeah, I have a friend that offered, but I figured the prereqs for hacking are good skills to have, so why not do it myself.

Time to take my mission road show to Caldari space and get that mobile lab. Seems like the best (or at least most practical) reward of the 4 races.

I think it's safe to say that most of these rewards, especially the gallente ones, were just thrown in at the last minute with no rhyme or reason as to why....
These defintley need another good looking at...

They Synth boosters are pretty nice . With biology 5 thats 1 hour per pill of 5% more shield boost, fully legal and without side effects.
Pretty good deal IMO.

Do note however that the Hyashoda Lab requires 600CPU; that's akin to the advanced labs and 100 more CPU requirement than the regular labs. PG requirements for both are similar.
Theoretically if you were to fully expend the 7,500CPU on a Caldari Control Tower between two scenarios, one with all Hyashoda (12 onlined possible) or regular mobile labs (15 onlined possible), you're looking at these figures:
Hyashoda Package: 48 ME Slots 48 PE Slots 72 Invention Slots
Regular Lab Package: 45 ME Slots 45 PE Slots 75 Invention Slots 15 Copy Slots
Hyashoda trumps by (only) 3 ME and 3 PE slots, and loses out by 3 Invention Slots to a regular setup, not to mention totally lacks the 15 copy slots. Keep in mind that between the two labs the job time bonuses are similar, so there's no improvements on the Hyashoda lab in that area. I won't deny the fact that someone somewhere renting out some research service will plausible find this worthwhile. Personally to me, it's quite meager.
This aside, I would like to see Epic Arcs being a source of challenge, fun and a major shakeup from regular, rehearsed L4 mission grinding; if it fails even that, then...(have not done them myself, I hate missions).
Still, it doesn't detract from the fact that all other faction's (amarr/gallente/minmatar) Epic Arc rewards seems to pale in comparison, at the very least in monetary value.
P.S. I do foresee the pills being of a good niche demand. No drawbacks? Hey, I'll take those!

It's what it says in the list, one was isk one was the probes.
As for earlier in the thread, yes I used a freighter to turn in the item in exchange for 7 million useless counterfeir credits, on sisi it's pretty easy, I would've bugreported it but this was post deployment anyway.

Not Caldari has won but bubbles and campers in syndicate region. Basically impossible to deliver the mission item to KFR-ZE. Epic failure lol

Edited by: Psychotic Maniac on 28/08/2009 21:31:31 sounds like ccp really failed and most people will just keep farming lvl 4's in high sec. as usual. more isk per hr. vrs have fun, maybe get blown up and lose lots of isk.
i guess depends on how much isk you need vrs. how much fun you want to have. i think the main problem is ccp makes it soo that you really have to spend way to much time getting the isk needed to be able to have more fun?
at this point in my eve life. thinking it may be best to just turn pirate, sit around/camp and kill. may even get lucky on some poor guys miseay.
edit: don't forget to fit your ships with nice faction/officer stuff. those rats are tuff.
