It would have been epic, but the lovecraftian theme reminds the reader of the theme's integral "elder gods" concept. Unfortunately, the word elder and 'Gane-kur' is an oxymoron of the first order and ruins the entire effort. A shame really.

...I had already deluged my usual writing forum with about 60 pages of stuff over the last week or two.
From a story that already had about 400 pages posted in the past.
I needed to give them some time to take a breath.
Plus, I get more responses here. Few people read my wall-of-text posts on game design; even fewer read epic works of fiction. But plenty seem willing to comment on random trolls.
