Yes so which of these is best for general uses being that it's not used that often I wont want either of these to be expensive..
I have categorized these into two sections:
the 'GTFO' Panther
or
the 'Chalk solid' Redeemer..

Yes.
Seriously, any of the BlOps is pretty much fine for its role. Specifically the role is typically bridging covops gangs. I think the Redeemer is supposedly the better fighter of the group, but most people don't fight in them anyways.
I would suggest EFTing both of them and see which you like better. |

My pick would be Redeemer, does same stuff all others do with better dps.
And Sin is not a black ops, it's just a cloacky mining barge/hauler that can bridge stuff and self jump. |

SEBO'd arty Panther is one of the most fun weird-fit ships to fly in Eve. It can do over 700m/s cloaked and one-shot any hull up to badly-fitted cruisers, of which there are many.
Take a quick look at ARGH28's stuff on YouTube. Here's one of them.
The box said "Requires Windows-á2000 or better", so I installed Linux. |

Redeemers are the best to use with other black ops, They have the most Dps/and range Projection. as well as EHP in the armor tanker class.
Panthers bad ass as well and the second best it gets an extra utility slot but losses another gun for it (arguably) the Phoon has 5 guns so the Panther having 5 is not so bad.

And the Panther has 0 launchers...
It does work for cloaky gank. Decloak and hit small stuff with 5 arties.
As far as brawling, it doesn't hold a candle to phon, or anything else. There's also lol lossmail and the "omg expensive boat KILL IT" factor.

I tried to flip a miner's can once, only to get shot to **** by the two cloaked Panthers that were sitting there guarding him 
I guess it worked, I've pretty much left miners alone since, haha. |

All the BLOPS are fairly terrible, with the Redeemer being the least terrible, the Panther is not bad when armor tanked, the Widow is crap because falcon, and I hear the Sin is ok these days, but I have no experience in that. |

Redeemer to use as part of your hotdrops, Panther for cloaky camping. Both work fine as bridgers, 27k topes is good enough for a couple bridges depending on the amount of recons with you.
