Hardly any of them have E-War spots on gates so often just warp in with fleet, on a regional gate this means on average greater distance between them and you than a normal gate. Now, that said....If E-Uni had jumped into TFS i would expect better isk ratios. The choice of Domis is a GOOD one, IF TFS actually used the right drones instead of Hurf Durf 5 Ogre II's. Not carryin sensor boosters and ECCM? Bad idea. Sounds a bit like a case of not doing your homework. Still, i guess you now know one corp in eve that brings more EWAR than Noobfleet! Oh and please, dont just spam the report thread/post buttons to make the bad men go away, try being open about your shortcomings for once and try and improve- thats why i suggested E-Uni, they give most Elite PEEVEEPEE corporations a rude awakening. First, it lets in any new player that wants to join. Then, it says "if you want to try pvp, x up. Wait, you don't have a ship, we'll give you a free frig/cruiser with fittings." New players are encouraged to try their hands at either tackling or ecm, because those are two ways where a low-sp pilot can be highly effective in a battle. Older players are used to apply damage, though 50 t1 frigs starts to add up in damage. Since the ships and mods are free, and noobs want to see what this whole "war" thing is like, they tend to have some large numbers x up, and they don't turn anyone down. A lot of those players will be in their first fleet battle, or maybe their first week of pvp ever. Eve Uni won't tell them "you can't PVP", as thats not their role. They let them fleet up, try to teach them about ts and fleet movement, and point them at the enemy. Usually, one ends up scrambling a gate by mistake, but its a free lesson on why you don't do that. Plus, its hard to come out ahead on isk efficiency against an enemy where the majority of pilots are using the free t1 frigs and cruisers.

I've seen the Uni camp people for hours though, so I dare say they could have waited them out. Sounds like the newbs of E-UNI enjoyed themselves, and as Jesslyn mentioned, you can't win against them - either you get ridiculed for losing, or you get ridiculed for 'picking on the noobs' as you can't take on a proper foe. Lose/lose. Props to TFS for taking it on though. Oh, and Pitboss, E-UNI changed their process stuff a while back - some may drop from the corp itself, but they still teach them, and they don't close recruiting any more, so they may agree with you a little on that suggestion.

Was it a mistake? Depends on how you look at it. Did the TFS members have fun? Did Eve Uni? Was it poor FCing? I'd say no because it's pretty self evident what would (and did) happen. It was essentially a decision to suicide the ships

Well, they did only bring one (or at least only one that showed up on a mail), and a few Blackbirds, and a few Scorpions, but nobody fits ECM to those right?
