Mission runners of eve, help me help you.
(TLDR: I want to wardec Ninjas with or without your assistance)
It is my intention to wardec suddenly ninjas and disrupt their operations in the Sinq Laison area, possibly further.
My motives for this are recent dissatisfaction with the attitude of certain diplomatic figures within TEARS. While I respect their support of newcomers to the game, their general arrogance has disgusted me.
My goal for the wardec is to humiliate them and return the 'tears' they are so fond of mentioning every sentence. This will not be a 'traditional' wardec with pathetic station docking / camping nonsense. It is a simple cessation of operations. For it to succeed I need the backing of you, the 'carebear' community.
What I Would Require:
1. Intel on ninjas running missions so I can come and crush them.
2. Support with wardec fees since they are feeble and need to hide behind alliance wardec fees.
3. Possibly applicants willing to join the fight.
What You Can Expect:
1. Freedom from these bottom feeding noobs.
2. Battle reports and lulz.
3. Clarity and openness regarding costs / donations (subject to donors willingness to be identified).
Realistic Observations:
1. Not every ninja salvager belongs to this alliance; it will not be a 100% lockdown on salvagers. Consideration can be made as to further wardecs.
2. I have anticipated several ways in which these devious sleazebags will adapt however I thoroughly expect any such changes will only lead to weakened operations, thus galvanising my campaign success.
3. Traditionally a wardec against a larger force would be a complete failure but with the solidarity and support of mission runners I/we can effectively cancel a significant proportion of their operations with only a single pilot. A lot of Dodixie runners know IÆm online frequently.
4. If this looks like some long winded 'begging' thread, I am asking for wardec fees only, due to their cowardice of hiding behind an alliance. The only reason they have this is to make the cost prohibitive to individuals such as myself and the majority of go it alone mission runners.
Why Trust Me?
Now I know in the past I too have been known to ninja salvage the odd mission or 50, but honestly apart from the occasional one for 'old times sake', I have moved on to far more entertaining and less obnoxious activities.
Mainly because I can't do anything to you of any significance! LetÆs see what IÆm asking for...
a.) Intel on missions: The worst that happens here is I warp in and attempt to salvage your mission whilst there are war targets in the mission, sounds pretty dumb to me, and funny.
b.) Support with wardec fees: with enough support this should be a miniscule amount required of any donor: worst case scenario, I scammed a few millions, and put WAY too much effort into it. Besides its going to cost me more in dec fees than I get from any individual.
c.) Additional pilots: this is entirely at your discretion and it is likely I will only be taking people I have current acquaintances with (those ninjas have spais too).
IN CONCLUSION

I will run this campaign for a week at least and see how it goes.

Wouldn't it be easier to just ignore the scrapheads (note the pun ) and move to a less populated system?
Also, technically there is nothing wrong with them salvaging the wrecks floating around.

Where I to be a mission runner, yes it would be easier to move. I actually have a closer alliance with the ninjas than the mission runners as a whole. The act of removing free floating salvage is not a factor in this wardec.

Totally setting the vote when I get home tonight.
Very much looking forwards to tarps, sneakery, lies, collusion and further subterfuge. As one vs many it's the kind of challenge that excites me. I think these ninjas are getting complacent and this should be fun on both sides.

That is very true, they'll love a wakeup call... I dont ninja salvage, but i don't like changing wellworking gamemechanics, so i am a pro-salavage-carebear or something, iv certainly flamed hard at MR on this forum for calling it "wrong" and raging at ninjas for stealing and exploting their carefree life... *snicker* salvaging is not stealing...
THIS! this is the reaction that EvE wants, to respond within the game! I think the ninjas will welcome this, and if you actaully manage to give them a bloody nose, good for you! This shows EvE works, to bad you are not a MR... they just keep on whining...

I never suggested I would teach carebears how to pvp, merely extend them the opportunity. I guess fittings and tactics must be taught in order not to highly embarrass my corporations fearful reputation.
As for the ninja replies so far: Do NOT try and charm your way out of this, although I will happily take your money.

At some point, somebody has the upper hand - whether the result of superior skills and experience, superior equipment, superior influence on the judges, or even simply being able to (or not having to) move/shoot first.

Judging by their previous incursions on salvaging threads, I doubt they would waste their precious iskies on a wardec from their end. They are too busy picking up garbage and annoying missioners in their T1 frigs.
